Troy came is when scheduled and did the whole job in a short time. He quickly found the best place, installed the fan, and left no mess whatsoever. He and his staff were responsive and answered every question. This is the second home I’ve had them install a whole house fan. I highly recommend a whole house fan and I highly recommend Whole House Fans of Utah.

I, too, was inexplicably charged a second time about a year after purchasing our fan. I contacted Whole House Fans several times, they acknowledged the error and said they would credit my card, however the credit never posted. They are difficult to reach by phone and did not provide a follow up call when they said they would.
My initial experience (site evaluation and fan installation) with them was very good, but every interaction since has been poor. The fan itself is excellent.

Troy and company did an outstanding job on my install. They arrived as scheduled, placed protective covers on the floor/rugs to protect them from dust and debris during the install process. The entire job was done quickly with strict attention paid to my home and furniture to ensure everything was protected during the install process. The fan runs quietly and cooled the house down quickly. I can’t say enough positive things about Troy and his business and work ethic. His products are the best and he and his team are professional and courteous from the opening phone call to the demonstration of how to use the remote controls. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.

The installer was knowledgeable, concise and installed the system as we requested. I’m also a victim of Whole House Fans of Utah charging me twice! We had our fan installed last summer and now 18 months later, they charged us out of the blue for the entire cost again! Their voicemail is full and they won’t return my emails. Don’t do business with them unless you want to pay for your fan twice!!

Love our whole house fan. It saves us some much on our electric bill this summer. Once the sun went down we opened up the windows and turn the fan for the eight hour option and it cooled the house down until around noon Best improvement we have done

We were impressed with how quickly our whole-house fan appointment was made. The installation took 1 day. It could have been a half-day, but we were impressed with the attention to detail the installer showed. It took some extra time, but was well worth it. The fan is extremely quiet! We love that we can run it for extended periods because it's not noisy. Our house is much more comfortable since the fan was installed.
