ACX Service

I lease a commercial building, and by contract am required to have HVAC maintenance done every 6 months. When I signed the lease, Kevin and ACX service were recommended so I use them and I've never looked back! They've been excellent! I've been using Kevin and ACX service for a few years now -several times a year. Recently, the building required service outside of the required maintenance. I called Kevin (on the Saturday of the 3 day President's Day weekend) after 4:00 p.m. Kevin immediately answered the phone. We talked it over and determined it wasn't something we needed to have repaired right away (therefore saving me some money) so he showed up first thing on Monday morning. As always, they (Braxton and Kevin) were prompt, professional, honest, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - Highly recommended!!

Kevin did an amazing job troubleshooting and fixing issues that we were having with our furnace and a/c. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and definitely knew his stuff. I would recommend him to any friend of mine in need of an HVAC service and will definitely use him again in the future!

A friend of mine referred me to ACX Service when my AC Unit stopped working on a 95 degree summer day. I called and got voicemail. Kevin called me back within five minutes and explained that he and Mike would be able to stop by in the next thirty minutes or so. They arrived, diagnosed the problem, made a parts run for a new motor, then returned and had my system up and running inside of an hour later. If you’re looking for timely, honest, straightforward, informative, and skilled service with fair pricing, ACX has you covered.

I’m not one to hand out a lot of 5 star reviews but, I have a difficult time only giving 4. I was just entering a large remodel project and needed a lot done. I wanted most of my duct work rebuilt and my system moved. The two people that my contractor had come look at my project were both way overpriced and didn’t seem to want the business at all. Kevin was ambitious and also had ideas about how it all might work out. He stuck to his word and finished the job nicely. ACX will get any and all future HVAC work from me. This is an honest review and I wouldn’t consider anyone further if that’s why you’re reading reviews.

ACX HVAC company truly are honest and dependable. They replaced our AC/Heating unit. They are great to work with, they will answer any questions you have. I was having a heating problem with the new furnace on a late Friday evening. The owner of the company came over that evening and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately with it being the weekend the parts needed to repair unit was not available until the following Monday. But they brought over portable heaters to use for the meanwhile. I would/will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your excellent 5 star service.

Kevin came to my house immediately when I called for help despite the fact that it was on the weekend. He thoroughly went through the various components of my HVAC system, found the problem, and fixed it. Nearly a week later and it’s still running great. Highly recommended!

My HVAC unit failed and after hours of YouTube and troubleshooting I was still scratching my head. I reached out to Kevin at ACX and despite a last minute request and long drive, he got me up and running.

I would definitely recommend ACX and Kevin but call them BEFORE you've wasted countless hours trying to figure it out yourself.

They have a very clean and professional look. They were very easy to work with and gave me plenty of options to look into. First company that was willing to give simple solutions rather then force me to choose their way of replacing everything. Listened to my concerns.I replaced my full ac system, feels good! 10 stars to the technician.
