Highly recommend K Lund!!!

Furnace was shutting off due to a pressure switch problem. Same Day Heating & Air came out and quoted $600 for a new pressure switch and $1,100 for a new blower motor since they needed to be replaced immediately. The repairman kept trying to sell us some priority plus plan (more $$) and suggested we finance the repairs for 18 months, interest free (???). Between the expensive repair quote and the bizarre sales pitch, I was really taken back.

A co-worker suggested I call K Lund for a second opinion. They basically ruled out over the phone that the blower motor was still operational and didn’t need to be replaced. They came out to my home and diagnosed the problem and replaced the pressure switch in under 30 minutes. All in, I was charged approx $170 (parts/labor). K Lund saved me from spending +$1,500 on un-necessary repairs.

With the holidays and cold weather here, it’s great to know that there’s a reputable and honest mechanical repair company you can rely on. If I have future HVAC problems, I know who to contact. Thanks guys!!!

I've used these guys MANY times. When it hasn't exactly been in the budget to replace the entire system, these guys have fixed my furnace multiple times. It's a 20 year old system and I know it's on its last leg. It's comforting to know that while they might *suggest* replacing the system, they are honest when it CAN be fixed instead of being replaced.

Crandal and Kelly run a tight ship and are VERY responsive and highly professional. I'd trust them implicitly.

I own a landscape renovation company and in order to access the backyard on one of our projects with our machinery, we had to move the homeowner’s A.C. unit temporarily off to the side. After it sat to the side for a period of time, it lost charge and a copper pipe became bent. I called K Lund Mechanical to do the repair and they came out within just a few days. They did excellent work and were very fair in cost; much different from the majority of A.C. companies who just try to sell a new unit. Expect honest answers and honest work from them! I called a service company because my air conditioning quit blowing cold air. They told me after they came out that I probably needed a new furnace and a/c unit, I shouldn't put any money into the system because it was pretty much wore out. A business associate told me to call K Lund Mechanical. Victor came out and checked the system which turns out only needed to have the c22 (freon) topped off. Everything is working great. The business owner personally contacted me today and apologized for an issue I left a negative review for previously and explained that they strive for complete costumer satisfaction. He explained that my issue was only a miscommunication he wanted to make it right. He was very understanding of my concern and wanted to resolve it, so much so that he guaranteed my HVAC parts would be covered by his company for 10 years, whether or not the parts manufacturer would be willing to extend their 5 year warranty past the registration deadline for the 10 year warranty. Furthermore, he was planning to make sure the same issue did not occur again with future costumers.

My previous recommendation to find a different HVAC company was not accurate. On the contrary, I would highly recommend them because of their willingness to stand by their work. K•Lund was very quick to make sure my concern was resolved and reflected much more transparent, thorough and honest business practices than I originally reviewed, that were a misrepresentation of the company by me. I will be using K•Lund in the future because of their reliable costumer service!

These guys are the best. The only people we have used for years, at both our residence and business. They are so professional, courteous, responsive, trustworthy, fair and honest. We keep their number stored in our phone. The second we have an issue or need, we call them up. They are prompt in addressing our call for service and the bill is always reasonable. They are honest in their business practices and never try to up-sell or take advantage. Call no one else.

Super pro install. Right on time, super clean install, amazing attention to detail and they even vacuumed up and wiped down after themselves. I'm pretty sure their work area was cleaner after they left than when they got there. They took the time to route my gas line in a clever way to maximize headspace in my basement. I think most people would have taken a much easier, but more intrusive path. 100% would recommend.

I have used KLund Mechanical twice to service/charge/repair my A/C unit. They were on time, gave me options, did the least expensive thing first. I have been very happy with their service and will call them again.
