I appreciated that there were some service items that were long overdue that were identified for the furnace, but the technician was able to check out the water heater and flush it as well as a treatment that was needed in the soft water system.

Came to do regular check up, said it would cost $50+ to do humidifier maintenance. I asked how often that needs to be done, he said once a year. I said we’ve only had the new furnace 6 months. Then he said no charge. He should have known that. If you want great reviews don’t try to nickel a dime customers.

Update 9/16/22 still happy with the service received Levi was able to come early for the check up service on my furnace. Very professional Thank you Levi 4/8/22 I'm very happy with today's service. James able to come early before the scheduled appointment. The James was very professional. He discovered a safety issue I was unaware of and able to correct the issue at the same time he worked on my furnace. I am grateful he found it. I would not hesitate to contact them for service again. Thank you James

I felt like we were taken advantage when our AC wasn't working and charged too much. Partly our fault for not checking things ahead of them coming out, but they didn't apply the service call fee to the balance and charged almost $200 for an ac tune-up. Also they don't seem to have a website so I could double check what the tech told us. i won't use them again.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. What was supposed to be a day and a half basic installation of air conditioning turned into 4 long days with three return trips to fix things left undone or done wrong. I like the owner, seemed knowledgeable and nice but at the end of the day, the service level provided was not what was promised. Aside from the last visit, every time they were here I felt like they were in a hurry to leave and I was an after thought to their other customers, even though I was purchasing a higher end system. The only thing that happened timely was the effort to collect the payment.
The remedy to the poor service was a free first service and air filter.

I got mixed messages from AAA. December 2015 a tech came in to fulfill a prepaid PM and told my wife that if he fixed some things that we could expect another 4 years life out of our furnace. 9 months later we got our 2nd prepaid PM visit and the guy told us that the furnace was in bad shape and that he wouldn't put a penny into it. I'm unhappy that the one guy pushed expensive repairs. Now it's time to replace the furnace, and it's unlikely that AAA will get this job.
Prior to this, I had a few good experiences with minor repairs, hence the average 3 star rating.

Jay and crew designed and built my heating unit in my cabin 4 years ago. It was a very difficult install as it was in the attic. They finished on time and under budget. You can't ask for more and the system works great! I would recommend him and I would use him again.

Some time ago Jay replaced our main floor Air Conditioner. I remember for years listening to my Dad get frustrated with our old a/c unit. If we left for vacation and turned it off in the summer, we would come back to a 90 degree house and it would take more than a day for the old ac unit to even get down to 75. Then my Dad had Jay replace our old ac unit with a TRANE brand unit and that one can take our 90 degree house down to 70 in about an hour. It's amazing! I'm not sure my Dad would let any other brand in our house again.

Over the past 15 years or so, Jay has replaced both air conditioners and all three furnaces and did an excellent job on everyone of them. I can highly recommend him to anyone!
