We had to add a furnace for the basement because there was no heat at all. They works very well with us, planning and installing duct work and going the extra mile to get it done right. Everyone is friendly and considerate and they did a great job of keeping things tidy during the process. They are very knowledgeable and undaunted by some challenging spaces and always very helpful with any questions I had. I think they are great at what they do and very nice to boot!

He explained everything clearly, gave some good recommendations, and put me at ease about my concerns about my humidifier. The invoice was very detailed about all the work that was done and even included photos. I wish the membership was a bit cheaper though.
