Always friendly fast service. The best radiator repair shop in town.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but jmac is an exception!
the beginning of this year I took my ford to jmac because it had a leak, I called and they told me to bring it in i didn't need an appointment. They did a leak test and found my radiator was leaking. The guy was nice enough to show me where it was coming from and they made me an estimate so i knew what i was going to pay. they where very friendly and took the time to explain why it had to be done and how the radiator helps (I don't know anything about cars!)
Long story short, i feel i was treated very well and the price was very fair compared to other shops I called. They did it quick the same day and I paid exactly what they said it would cost, no pushy upselling! (like other places I've gone too).
Oh and they offered to give me a ride home while they fixed the truck and no charge! I thought that was very nice.
So next time my car needs fixing I'm going back for sure, if you guys want fair pricing and good work id call these guys!

Took my 05 Chevy diesel truck into J-Mac today to test the cooling system as it was leaking with no real apparent sign of the leak location. They determined that it was a head gasket, not something you want to hear when you own a diesel ($$$). J-Mac was excellent, while they couldn't repair it, they gave me options on who could. But most impressive was, they didn't charge me a dime to diagnose the problem. Afterwards I went to another shop and they gave the same opinion. J-mac could have stood to make a lot of money on me, but they were honest and upfront about the problem and what they could do for me. When I asked them what do I owe, Jason said you owe nothing. If we had worked on it to repair something we would have charge you, but we don't charge to give bad news.

If in the future I have any radiator, heating / cooling problems, I won't hesitate to go to J-Mac. Incidentally, I had originally taken my truck to a local Chevy dealer and got hosed for $250.00, they didn't see anything wrong with it.

Thanks J-mac, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

My wife is happy, I'm happy, life is good now that my air conditioner on the Jeep Grand Cherokee is working GREAT and even after throwing away $140+ to the other mechanic shop before I found J-Mac I saved almost $200 by going to J-mac. I will definitely be using them again because if there is one thing for sure; cars need maintenance .... and I love my cars. Thank You again J-Mac

Greg and Ryan are incredible to work with. We had a fairly simple setback and they made sure everything was taken care of. Mistakes can happen but their integrity to do the right thing will retain my business and have me referring to them over and over. Thank you!

My 2013 ram 1500 has a overheating problem.i took it another repair shop first.they told me it was the electric fan. They replaced it with a new one but it would not activate. They called me and said the problem could not be found. So they put the old fan back in and told me to take it to the dealership. They did it with no charge to me. The dealerships are at least 2 weeks out.i then took it to jmac (they did give me rides from them to my home) they did first quote me $80 to diagnose. They called and also said it was the electric fan. It was replaced and they said it did work but it was still overheating.so to continue with no guarantees it was either the thermostat (I had already replaced) or one of the two water pumps.at this point the repairs would exceed $600 so I decided to put the old fan back in and not to proceed and to trade the truck in for a newer one. the labor bill came to $128. when I got to the dealership and it was leaking antifreeze on the ground .do they just replace parts until they find the problem? bad choice. just wanted to give a heads up review. as to my experience

My Rav4 had an AC problem that can be fixed by taking out the compressor and replacing a $15 sensor. This part is not available separately through repair shop supply channels or O'Reilly/AutoZone (Toyota would rather have you replace the whole $600 compressor assembly), but J-Mac agreed to perform the repair using a sensor I got on eBay, and now my AC blows cold again.

Not many repair shops will consider performing a non-standard procedure with customer-supplied parts. The caution is of course justified, however these folks will actually hear you out, and if your request is reasonable they might just come around. This is the best experience I've had with a car repair shop.
