These guys are SUPER! They back up their work, which most don't do?

This business ripped me off 2 different times they charged me $180 the first time $90 the second They were supposed toFix my air conditioner They did not fix everything................ I would not ever go back I tried to address this issue an they just gave me the run around an treated me like I'm DUMB

I can't recommend these guys enough! I can't speak to the quality of repairs they do, but I can tell you they are honest and care more about the customer and their integrity than the almighty buck! I took my car to them to get the a/c system checked out because my car was acting funny when it was turned on. They checked it out and came to the conclusion that the a/c system was fine and gave me some ideas on what it could be. They offered to try and solve the problem and gave me two price options. I opted to try to diagnose on my own and they were fine with that. Oh, and did I mention that they brought me to work in the morning and picked me up at the end of my day?! After all that, they didn't charge me a dime and said that they would just like me to consider them they next time I need help. In a world where integrity is hard to come by, this shop is a breath of fresh air. Give them a call!

Charge me 2 times to fix air conditioning system never did that fix it played over $200 to have fixed an been ther 2 times to look at it it is not working at all triyed to address this an they trying to get me to come in a 3ed time to recharge agin an spend an other $90 nop not riping me off agin

Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on my repair. 2012 GMC Acadia - AC Condenser and AC Compressor. Could not recommend them more highly. They have a customer for life.

My truck started leaking antifreeze 2 days before I was going to us it to pull my 5th wheel trailer for a family trip. J-mak kept in contact with me and got my truck diagnosed and repaired in time for us to still go on our trip in time! Communication, service, and price was all great!

While I was there there they checked a guy out and didn't charge him for the diagnostic because his heads were bad and he had "bigger problems to worry about". They gave a ride to a gentleman when he dropped off his car for service and were extremely polite and friendly to everyone that came into their place of business. My experience was phenomenal also, they are didn't charge me for the diagnostic initial look and had me in and out extremely fast where the Mazda dealership wouldn't even look at my car since it was an aftermarket a\c. Jason the service writer and Johny are where I'm going for my car needs. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

These guys take pride in their work. Extremely fair prices. Very FAST service. I took my car in at 12:30 and they called me at 3:00 telling me it was done. They had to completely replace my radiator and my compact car required them to also remove the air-conditioning and other components during the process. And, a life-time warranty on the radiator to boot. Total cost was the same as the price for the radiator alone from another source. Great job guys, take the rest of the day off!

My ac wasn't blowing cold. Eric told me the tech thought a particular section of the ac line needed repair and that I would have to pay about $100 "only" if the repair was successful. I said ok. The repair attempt wasn't successful. Someone other than Eric called me back and said I had to pay $129. I asked for Eric and the person said Eric stepped out of the office for the day. My gut feeling is that Eric remembered what he told me and therefore didn't want to face the music.

The above occurred after I paid them $433 for an unsuccessful attempt to get my ac blowing cold. My only complaint about that fee was the lack of clarity on what I was going to have to pay. Before arrival Eric gave me a quote over the phone and then apologized and admitted he misquoted me when I got there. I still went forward with JMac. Furthermore, the $433 fee ended up being more than what Eric communicated to me before any work began.

I think their State St storefront location yields them a lot of customers. Therefore, it is my perception that businesses like that are not all too concerned about their customers. I took a chance with them because I live nearby.

I have nothing negative to say about the quality of work performed by their techs.

To close out this review, I don't mind paying for service. AC work can get expensive. I just want clarity.

Follow up Post: J Mac was very diligent after reading my post. They reached out to me and wanted to make things right. They do have integrity. I went back and they were able to get my ac working. Everyone was courteous and professional. I tip my hat to them.
