Our air ducts looked excellent after being cleaned by United Air Duct Cleaning Provo. They were prompt for the appointment, competent, and meticulous in their preparation and cleanup. They provided excellent client service. We have previously utilized this company and heartily endorse them.

I used United Air Duct Cleaning to clean out my dryer vent. They DID NOT do a good job!!! The two technicians who came to clean the vent told me they had thoroughly cleaned the vent pipe. When they were finished there was still no air coming out the dryer vent. One of the technicians told me I may have an issue with vent pipe itself; although, he could not specify what the issue was. But he told me he had run a camera through the entire length of the vent line and it was clear. When the technicians left, they left a huge mess in my house!! They tracked mud through my kitchen and living room, got mud all over our brand new carpet, left mud all over the laundry room floor and left lint under and behind my dryer.

If they had actually cleared the vent pipe, I probably wouldn't be so ticked, but I tried using my dryer over the next several days and still had to run the dryer four to five times to dry a load of laundry. I called another company to come see if they could find anything wrong with the dryer vent pipe since the previous technician told me that might be the problem. Nope!! The second company that came to take a look stuck their camera in the vent pipe and several feet in, they found my line was completely clogged. Not just a little clogged! It was completely clogged for several feet!! The second company (which I would highly recommend!!) actually cleared the line and now my dryer works just fine.

I paid United Air Duct Cleaning $149 to do absolutely nothing. They didn't clean out the dryer vent pipe, and I ended up spending more money to clean the mud out of my carpets and have someone else come do the job I paid them to do!! Not happy!!
