My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

I had a sewer backup on a Saturday, and Hayden came out to fix it. He came quickly and stayed almost all day because the problem is likely that the sewer line just needs replacing, but he tried literally everything before concluding that. He even had to leave a few times to get different supplies and ended up spending the whole day here working hard to fix it. And he charged me only a service fee, for what was an entire day of plumbing work. I’m getting my sewer replaced through them because of how amazing he was today and how well he explained things and how hard he worked to fix it. As a single woman who’s a homeowner, I’ve never had a positive experience with plumbing until now—and I feel this way even before it’s fixed, so that’s saying something. He was also kind enough to set the toilet back up, clean the bathroom, and let me know how much traffic it can handle until they can jet it on Monday (and ultimately replace it when it can be scheduled). Cannot recommend them enough for how well I was treated today. Thank you!!

Great, professional, and courteous guys! Tyler and Hayden came out and changed our water heater and offered a great deal, so they changed out our toilet with a new, much more comfortable one while they were there. The repairman Josh came by my rental unit in Provo to fix a problem that the tenants were having with a toilet. He was on time as promised and really responsive. He assessed the situation quickly, was very friendly and really worked with me on the price. It ended up being something simple and I would definitelycall him again for any of my issues. Good dude.

Brandon came down and helped us out, and it was one of the most professional experiences I've had. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a fix within a half-hour. Lucky for us, it was a fix that didn't require any extensive work, and I appreciate the ability to diagnose what the problem actually is then immediately working to fix what the problem looks like. Brandon and My Buddy will be our go to for sure from now on!

Tyler came on time and helped get my shower fixed in no time. I live with my sister and was the one trying to change the showerhead before it stopped working and was scared I did something to break the shower. Tyler explained what was going on with the shower and how to prevent it in the future. I’m really thankful for his kindness and even willingness to teach! He is a great guy!

We have had many problems with our Drum Drain in our house that was built in the 1970s. Josh knew exactly what to do to fix it long term. Our appointment was for 3pm, but I asked if they can come earlier and he called at 11am the next day!
We are very impressed and we plan to us this company for any future issues.
