Kyle from My Buddy The Plumber arrived on time and was very helpful. He explained all the options we had and helped us get a new water heater installed on Friday, right before the weekend.

My rental property had an old heater go out during the coldest time of year. The first day they gave me the inspection and diagnosis and the second day Tony and Sean did a great job installing a new unit in a small space. It couldn't be easier to get in and change the air filter now by the way they set it up. Throughout the process the communication with all employees was very good and upfront. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions and doubts with patience and understanding. Overall, this shows a high degree of professionalism and I appreciate it.

Buddy was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and kind. He was quick and fixed our AC quickly. He made sure it worked fully before he left and it was fantastic!

Tyler came out and installed all of my rough plumbing for a basement finish. He was quick and responsive and the work was impeccable. He also had the best pricing by far. From the get go, it was obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I knew what he would be doing. A true professional, I would recommend him to anyone!

The guys at My Buddy the Plumber outperformed all expectations. Knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. They replaced our water heater, and re-piped the entire house. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as quickly as possible without cutting any corners. Finished the entire project in two days. These guys are PHENOMENAL! Tyler specifically is just amazing! I wish I could give them a six star review. I have needed them a couple of times and they always go above and beyond.

Today I thought there was a problem with some of their past work, there wasn’t, but Tyler was able to correctly diagnose what the problem was over the phone and he still came over to our house after hours just to check and make sure everything was fine. He spent longer there than he needed to just to make sure we felt confident that everything was fine.

These guys are incredible plumbers but it’s more than that. Their customer service is phenomenal and they truly care about your experience and the condition of your home. 100% would recommend!

Brandon was awesome. He was on time and very professional. He took a look at the issue I was having with my garbage disposal, and fixed it up within 20 minutes. He’s great! Absolutely would recommend and plan on continuing to work with him!

It's so nice to find a plumber that you can trust, and that is what we have found with My Buddy The Plumber. Hayden and Brayden were on time, friendly and professional and did a great job! What a relief it is to finally know who to call when we are having plumbing issues! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can't express enough how helpful and awesome these guys were! Tyler, Hayden, and Jayce really pulled through in a very, very tough (and unique) water heater install.
They were professional, friendly, and made my nervous mother feel much more comfortable about the big change. She was having a really hard time until she saw the final result of their hard work.
