They gave a two hour window which is extremely helpful. They would update their timeline via text. They would tell you about 20-30 min when they would be there.
The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He was honest about the findings and didn't try to upsell anything.
They offer a subscription to come and check your AC and Furnace units twice a year which i gladly signed up for and a rental property.

In my experience with my swamp cooler, it’s nice to know who you can call that you can trust that will get the job done. From making the initial call, to receiving a follow up appointment reminder. What was really helpful is when Kaicee texted to let me know they had an earlier time open up and would that work for me. Letting me know who was coming out. The service tech would let me know when he was on his way. I was rather worried, my swamp cooler that’s not years young anymore; has been working overtime holding up in the extreme heat trying to keep my home cool, it seems nonstop 24/7. As I thought I was hearing a noise. The reassurance in this weather can’t be put off until you start having issues. Jeremy, the technician, who has been out before: a hard worker, friendly, respectful, polite, patient and courteous. He checked the pump, water flow, oiled the bearings. Showed me the belt had some wear but seemed fine. A complete system diagnosis to insure proper functioning. Greatly appreciate all your hard work and professional high level of service. Authority Heating installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in my home two years ago. I’ve had excellent Service Technicians in my home. Authority Heating calls me to schedule regular maintenance and filter changes on my HVAC equipment. It’s a service I appreciate because it is one less thing for me to worry about. I am confident recommending this Company.

Everyone at Authority Heating are wonderful and their work is high quality. The owner came out when his service techs were busy to help get my air conditioning working last summer. When my 10 year old furnace was being cleaned the manager helping the tech do 2 jobs for me found a partially charred owners manual inside the furnace. It had been smoldering for 10 years. I had other companies clean my furnace but, no one found it. Also, they have installed a minisplit heating/cooling unit in my new sunroom. They do complete and excellent work!!

I will recommend these guys again and again!! Chris came out and wouldn’t quit until he figured it out!!

My 9 year old AC unit went out at the beginning of June right at the start of a heat wave. I was referred to this company by my father-in-law. They sent over a guy that same night and he determined the compressor had gone bad and the whole unit needed to be replaced. I called the next day to schedule a replacement and the receptionist told me they were 2.5 weeks out because they were so booked, but then the president of the company personally called me back, told me they moved some things around and that they could come in just 3 days. They did a great job and were very courteous and friendly as they worked in our hot house for hours on end. They also gave me a great price!

Two weeks later, the AC unit went out again. I called again to let them know of the problem. Four hours later the president of the company personally showed up and fixed it for free. It needed a "hard starter" and a wire had come loose. They are awesome and I highly recommend them.
