Tim and Jordan installed the humidifier and uv light as well and were polite and efficient. Kelly and Anthon explained everything we wanted to know and resolved all of our concerns. We appreciate how Authority completes the rebate paperwork for us and provides affordable financing through Mountain America Credit Union.

Authority HVAC has installed heating and cooling systems for properties I manage over the last several years, they've come out to clean and service those systems and have always done an excellent job. Anytime I have questions, the owner, Anthon, is quick to return my calls, as is the Service Manager Dave Norris. They are always supremely professional and helpful. Last week, I scheduled a furance tune-up for my own home system, a newly hired technician named Brian showed up on time, was very conscientious, polite and got right to work. He had so many positive things to say about his experience working with Authority HVAC, I wanted to share this in my review. Authority HVAC has a great company culture. They are have earned my trust and that is everything in business. Thank you for taking care of my HVAC investment!

I recently purchased a new home and wanted to make sure that I took proper care of my heating and cooling systems so they’d last forever 😊. I’d heard great things about Authority Heating and Cooling so I gave them a call. When I called, Shawn answered the phone. I told him I wanted to subscribe to their HVAC maintenance service. He asked me a few quick questions about my home and systems then, bada bing bada boom, I was all setup! As we were chatting, it became apparent to him that I actually needed a service call right away. So we got it scheduled.

On the day of the service call, my technician, Dan called up and said the could actually come earlier than we had scheduled for…WHAT?! When he arrived, Dan was GREAT! He got right to work and quick diagnosed that my circuit board actually had a fault. Got it replaced for me as a warranty replacement, so it didn’t cost me a thing and I was quickly back in business. Dan was so kind and I could tell he really loved his job, loved the people he was working with, and sincerely wanted me feel comfortable and confident I had a new long term partner with any HVAC needs I might have in the future. Shawn, Dan and the rest of Authority are my new HVAC BFF’s!

Dave Norris came and fixed my AC. Another company wanted double the price for a dual capacitor. They were fair and honest. Thanks Dave for being so nice and getting our AC back up and going again

This company was great to work with. Dave was really awesome, he came to our home, was very knowledgeable and professional, helped us figure out the best one to go with. The guys installing were great, so nice and did a great job! We would recommend this company for sure!!

Authority heating and air was able to provide same day service. They even came earlier than initially planned and gave us notice of the option for early service. They fixed the issue so fast and affordable. Definitely recommend!

I used them for a second job to install a new system in a pool house. They tackled a project that others refused to even bid. They were efficient, professional, and did high quality work. They're the only HVAC company I trust in Utah.

Jeremy is the most efficient technician that I have ever had in my home. He took as much time on my equipment as he would have on his, in his own home.

All went as promised. However someone hooked the air return duct into the air supply duct!! For an HVAC guy that is a pretty dumb thing to do. Also they didn’t put the dryer vent in the right place. One more thing, they put the air return in the bedroom against the cement floor and didn’t leave room for flooring.
Nice guys but poorly trained.
