Barlow techs came to look at my 43 year-old, still working, furnace as a free check up. I have had a couple of estimates for furnace & AC from other companies, but I was very impressed with Barlow. Danielle explained so much about the furnace levels and air conditioning units. I trusted her recommendations and was impressed with her furnace/AC knowledge. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She also explained different financing options so I didn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision. She is a rockstar!

This company offered to come and test and inspect heating system. He was very thorough, informative and has a great personality. Highly recommend Barlow and Harry. Will be requesting him again in 6 months.

Barlow Service Experts was a great help in getting warranty repair on my Mitsubishi ductless system. They were knowledgeable and trained on the system and did their best to get parts as soon as possible. While not being a name I associated with, their registration as Diamond Service experts on the manufacturer's web site built confidence in their ability to do quality work.

I always appreciate the consistency of excellent customer service with this company. I appreciate Harry coming to tune up my furnace today. He kept me updated with the timeline of arriving to my home. He explained everything he was checking for when tuning up the equipment. Our furnace and air conditioner continue to operate well after being installed a couple of years ago.

After a long, cold night, Adam and Danielle came over to help us figure out what what going on and how best to move forward. They came prepared to make a sale but their priority was the job at hand. Their friendly manner, no-pressure approach is exactly what got them an invitation to pay us another visit—when it's warmer—to tell us more about all the services they offer.

Of course, they were met the high standards of approval set by Maisie and Tala.

Adam and Tyler did a great job of inspecting our furnace. They were friendly and very informative. Very willing to answer questions They also arrived within the scheduled time which I always appreciate.

Harry was very professional. Did a great job. He answered all of our concerns. Wouldn't mind having him service our equipment every year.

Harry B did a great job servicing our heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and was able to work around my remote work schedule to do the service.

My appointment was between 8 and 10 AM. Danielle hooley and Harry Biswell showed up after they called me to let me know they are on there way. They told me what to expect at this visit before they start . checked the heating system and they were very honest about everything. They did great and professional job and the most important thing they wer honest people.
I would recommend Barlow heating and cooling to all my friend and family.

Having your furnace go out two days after Christmas is a nightmare. Especially when you just spent $1200+ on electrical upgrades. Adam and Cameron showed up first thing this morning and brought my furnace back to life in no time, at a truly affordable cost. They were incredibly empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, competent, and KIND! I am enrolled in the service plan with Barlow, which is well worth the modest monthly cost.
