    We've been using Barlow Service Experts to service our HVAC since we moved here in 2017. Their techs have consistently provided outstanding service. Knowing that it was getting close to the time to replace the units, I have been asking them for quotes on a new system since 2020 when they come for seasonal maintenance. They have never been pushy and when I compared quotes to other dealers, they consistently had the best price. The old units were done after this past winter so I finally replaced both of them. Their pricing was untouchable and the install crew--Tony, Ryan and John--was professional, clean, and patient with my many questions.

    Harry Boswell did a very great job on repairing my A/C today very thorough and explained everything in detail. Membership was offered and was the right choice to have the furnace and a/c maintained through out the year.

    Roberto came out and serviced my Heating and AC system today. He was very thorough and professional and did a great job! He also took the time to make sure I had the proper size air filter and explained the differences to me. I would recommend their service!

    Adam and Cameron did an amazing job with our furnace tune up/inspection. They were knowledgeable and explained various issues/topics in a very comprehensible way. They did not pressure us into making rushed financial decisions. Instead, they helped us know that they really were interested in our well-being, both physically and financially. We highly recommend them. These two dudes definitely deserve an increase in pay for the wonderful work that they do (:

    Very happy with the price and quality of service. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the furnace and A/C installed were by Lennox. Tony and John had the job done in one day. They covered the carpet, cleaned up and gave me thorough instructions on the equipment installation.

    Danielle & Harry
    They treated me wonderfully and answered all of my questions and as they were leaving I had a couple more questions and they stopped to answer those. They explained things in a way that i could understand. I would definitely request both Danielle and Harry. I have been a member of Barlow heating & air for sometime and feel they have always treated me fairly. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone even though it was late and they came the next day.

    I've hired them twice. They send a sales guy out with the tech on every service call (2 people) to try & sell you a new furnace or a service plan. The first time was tolerable but not the second. They drive separately & don't arrive at the same time. I had to babysit the sales guy an hour while waiting for the tech, listening to awkward & opinionated conversation. The tech diagnosed my problem quickly but the sales guy made the tech pull apart unrelated areas of my furnace to try & discover or show me why I need a new one. They needed to leave & go find a replacement part & came back with the wrong size (9" fan instead of 12") a significant difference. The tech "considered trying to make it work" ! I was not okay with that. They had to order the correct size fan for the next day and I had to prepay for it. They didn't show up or call. I had to call them to find out the part wouldn't come for 3 more days. If I'd only been vested in the service call & not the fan, I'd have found someone else to replace it.
