Our furnace recently broke down and Barlow Service Experts replaced it within five days, from the initial service call on a Sunday evening to the installation on Friday. Barlow’s salesperson Tyler came with a technician who thoroughly examined the furnace. They wrote down various replacement options in terms of models and financing. We also got another quote and were able to negotiate. Tyler was very responsive during that process. After we decided to go with Barlow, they scheduled the installation for the next day. Barlow technicians Tony and Javier are both professional and courteous. They did a great job installing the new unit and cleaning up afterwards. They showed us how to operate the new furnace and even copied the heating schedule from our old thermostat to the new one. They also promised to come back to seal the exhaust pipe from outside on the roof as it was wet that day. Having a broken furnace during winter was stressful. Barlow made our experience less so. I would recommend them to anybody I know. Thank you, Tony, Javier, Tyler, and the technician who did the initial inspection (sorry I forgot your name :)).

I bought a very high-end heating and A/C system from Barlow a while back and I was happy with the installation and quality of my Lennox system, however I worry I used the wrong company and choice of product because Barlow keeps calling me wanting to charge me a bunch of money to service my brand new system. I would expect a system as nice as I purchased to not require all the maintenance and associated costs they want to charge. My old system was 20 years old and required minimal maintenance over its life time. Choose another company to purchase a new heating and AC system from.

Once again, I had a great experience with the Service Experts crew.
Today, it was a plumbing task to replace the drain system on my bathtub.
Eric arrived on time ( after calling in giving his ETA), He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the way and completed the task with a very clean work area.

Barlow Service is just the best. Today the electrician I hired cut into a pipe. The plumbers showed up quickly to fix my last minute emergency. Their staff is professional, personable and it's top quality work. Can't wait to have them back to work on my sink when my new kitchen countertops are installed.
