I go here for do-it-yourself home repair for HVAC parts and they treat me great every time I'm in.
I've been to other distributors and commonly get an attitude like I'm not supposed to be there - even when they allow cash purchasing.
Allred's employees help me with anything I need. They have shown me where things are with a smile on their faces. I would definitely recommend them and everything is a great price!

While they didn't have the exact part I needed, they took time out of their day, attempting to help me.

My a/c unit stopped working and when I called to schedule service I was told by my usual provider (Titan) that it would be the next week before they could come out. So I got online (YouTube is great) and started researching what the problems could be. It looked like the capacitor was one possibility. I removed the capacitor and took if to Baker, and although the guy at the counter was nice, he couldn't help me and couldn't sell me any parts. He did, however, recommend Allred's. The guy at the Allred's counter was helpful and sold me a replacement capacitor at a very reasonable price. Another guy who worked there looked at my capacitor and said he thought it looked good. He suggested I look at the contacts. I bought the capacitor anyway and, sure enough, it wasn't the problem. But I inspected the contact points and they looked sketchy. So I pulled the contacts and went back to Allred's. I purchased a new contact rack and, sure enough, my a/c unit started working. I appreciate the service at Allred's and recommend them highly to any do-it-yourselfer with the inclination and time. For less than $30 I got my a/c unit working again.

Went in looking for some help, they were not interested in helping me (older guy in a red polo at the front desk). Told me to go look in the aisles. I left, drove to Baker distributing, and received amazing help and service. I will not be back here again, for that lack of service I should have just gone to home depot.

We needed a special part. I called here for the first time and Troy answered. He was so helpful and saved us a lot of time. Thank you again, Troy. Many blessings.

My A/C died and I didn't want to wait 3 days to get a new capacitor from Amazon. I went to the store, the clerk asked me what I needed, I showed him my old capacitor and he returned with the right part in maybe 10 seconds. I was in-and-out in less than 3 minutes. Really great place.

If you need HVAC supplies, evaporative cooler parts, or duct and metal work, don't go anywhere else. I've been doing business with Allred's as a contractor for years. In that time they have consistently provided great service, selection, and prices!

I have buy from them from May 2020 and always have been a nice experience. They have great products and very experiences friendly and helpful staff. The RHEEM line of products is excellent and the COMOFORTAIRE line help us to help marginal customers.

I had to replace the Ignitor in my furnace. I was able to easily confirm the part I needed and Brady explained exactly what I needed to do perfectly. He was able to get me an amazing price and help me get keep the family warm. I would definitely recommend Allred’s!

I went in to ask about a new furnace and the young guy asked me twice if I was registered with them that's not what I asked him. Then you need to be a licensed contractor. I told him I am a licensed contractor. Why have a front desk to help people when you're not willing to help them even with a simple question. I guess you have to be a member of their exclusive Club to be treated courteously.
