We have several drains cleared and we received excellent service. Alec went above and beyond what I expected. He showed up when he said he would and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Super happy and would recommend to a friend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t even know where to start. They shouldn’t be called any hour because we called on a Saturday and they couldn’t come until Monday. He was on time and very nice, but they over charged us for some small repairs. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know who else to go to. They quoted us over $8000 for a new water heater to later find out how much a new water heater was, I was furious. Very disappointed and frustrated. We will NEVER use any hour service ever again.

I called them to have my water expansion tank and valve replaced as they were failing. The tech did his job and left and I noticed he left the tank outside where he parked… the next morning we woke up to water spilling everywhere. Because it was a Saturday they refused to send anyone out even though it was urgent and wasn’t happening prior to his visit. We had to wait until the following Monday for him to come back only for him to tell us that it was now something different (the water heater of course) and we’d have to replace that well. So our original $600 quote turned into $3000. He did a fast and great job but wasn’t happy about their lack of urgency to fix the first job they did and how they left us with leaking water over an entire weekend.

James E. was an awesome service technician! He came quickly, answered my frequent questions, and let me be a part of the process so I could better understand what was happening and needed to be repaired. He repaired the issue with my AC unit contactor and fixed the issue. McKenna also was amazingly positive and supportive when I first called in for service; she quickly scheduled assistance and answered my many questions. This was the first time using Any Hour Services. We had a great experience working with them and will use their services again in the future!

Eric came in and evaluated our problem quickly and identified a solution and executed it all in under an hour. We no longer have any plumbing issues and everything in our bathroom is working correctly. He was friendly and professional and immediately put us at ease. We are very satisfied.

I had electrical service. I had questions about the capacity of my breaker box in a very old house. My my electrician explained everything about my equipment and was very knowledgeable. One thing that remains of my experience with any hour services over the years ( I've had heating, plumbing, drain cleaning, and now electrical service) is the consistent professional quality. A very good experience.

Keegan S was wonderful. He showed up on time, was friendly and gave me a run down of cost up front after taking a look. I needed some electrical work done. Finished quickly and cleaned up. Very happy with the service. No complaints

Obadiah from Any Hour came out to look at our cooling and heat in the home we just bought. Very friendly and helpful. Took lots of pictures and explained everything he was checking and recommendations. We’ll call Any Hour again and request Obadiah the next time we need any servicing or work done on our furnace or air conditioner.

Mike was great. Showed up on time.. Spent extra time… gave me lots of info and options.. and stuck around longer to make sure the issue was resolved.

I had two drains that were running slow. I had the serviceman, Alec, clean them out. Alec explained and even had me watch what he was doing. Plus, I enjoyed talking and visiting with the gentlemen that came, they were very personable.
