My wife and I were not sure who to use or how to best go about the process of getting HVAC done so we could finish out our basement.

My furnace stopped working. My home warranty company contacted B&Z. I received a call from Zak, who offered to come out then (Saturday). He came out and got me up and running with a full explanation with other things I can do as a homeowner to make sure the problem doesn't repeat. No upselling, no "you need the unit replaced" just honest caring service.

B and Z and team are reliable and strive to do honest work. Quick to come by and give me a quote, and quick to preform the installation. I would recommend them too anyone needing help in HVAC.

We just had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by B&Z heating and air and we highly recommend them.
They were professional and courteous and had the old system removed and the new system installed same day. The difference from our 20+ year old furnace/AC to the new system is night and day!

First off- I’m from a small town and so being in a large city that has sooooo many HVAC options is overwhelming. I’ve used many others that are highly marketed around these areas and their mark-up for their service are astronomical. I always end up with a HUGE bill.
When I called BZ, Branden got back to me within 30 minutes and I felt like I knew him! He was so patient and kind. He genuinely wanted to take care of my problem. At first he just had me test things over the phone bc we weren’t sure if he even needed to come. After checking everything we decided he didn’t need to come out. He didn’t charge me over even act like I was wasting his time.
Then three days later I called back bc the air was not working and he had someone out the next morning. They finished up within an hour and the price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they provided!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company!

Our old AC “worked” (or so we thought) but every summer we’d end up miserable. Called B&Z up and after we learned why/what was happening we decided to get a new one and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Good prices, very professional, knowledgeable so we could make the right choice for US, and they definitely got the job done. We don’t recommend or use anybody else.
