We had Brandon out from B&Z after I had called another company that wanted to charge me thousands to replace what they called faulty equipment. We had bought the house just over a year ago. Brandon went through everything and was so thorough. He checked everything! He then told me I didn’t need any repairs, and all my equipment was working just fine now. He charged me for his time cleaning the evaporator and told me the previous home owner may not have been the best at changing the filters. He educated me on maintenance and filter change expectations. Honest and dependable! They have earned this review and I tell all my family and friends when they need Furnace or AC work about my experience with B&Z!

Shout out to Zach and Brandon both worked very hard to correct an issue that kept getting larger. They went above and beyond even redesigning a flaws from another companies install. The only draw back I had was how long it took but like the pros they are they figured it out and then didn't take anything extra to help offset the trouble. I have tried many other companies and they could have easily said sorry not worth our time but didn't they made certain it was running to perfection before they were even paid a dime. You can't buy customer service this good. Do not hesitate be sure to call them first and if you have to be on a waiting list because they are the best out there the others don't even come close

Had furnace problems, 2 techs came out over 2 days, both awesome guys, fixed the problem right away it was impressive to see how fast they identified the issue then got a new part the next day and installed to save us from the cold weather! Definitely calling them again for any hvac problems.

Zak and his team were amazing! Prompt, honest, efficient and affordable. Came out and let me know what it would take to get my A/C back up and running. Got me a great quote for repair and never tried to upsell me on anything. If anything I was the one who requested a separate bid to replace my unit since it was basically 20 years old. I asked for his opinion and he was very helpful and honest with me. He even suggested I get other quotes instead of pushing the sale. No one does that! Got a quote for repair which was significantly less expensive than anyone else and a quote for replacement. He got me on the schedule the very next day. His guys showed up the next day right on schedule and installed my brand new unit in no time. Now I have A/C again! I couldn't be happier with my experience. There is no doubt I'm using Zak and team for my future heating and air needs. Thank you guys!

Brandon came to give us a second opinion on an issue with our AC. He diagnosed within minutes and was able to fix it within an hour. The estimate from another company was thousands and involved replacing parts. Brandon determined that nothing needed to be replaced and was able to fix the system during the same service time without charging us an additional service fee. We appreciate his honesty and the time he took to explain things. We will be customers for life.

Zak and his team came out to give us a second opinion after another company tired charging us an arm and a leg to repair our AC unit. Extremely helpful and accommodating during a nightmare experience with Select Home Warranty. I strongly recommend B&Z Heating and Air.
Do everything you can to avoid Select Home Warranty. They took 2 weeks to repair my AC because it saved them $200. It was over 100 degrees out. I could have had it repaired in 3 days but they refused to use Carrier parts and instead shipped cheap generic parts that B&Z recommended not using and would not install for a customer except for being forced to by Select Home Warranty.

Real HVAC techs willing to give honest assessment and defaulting to repair vs up sell when it wasn’t necessary.
I’ll never use a different HVAC company.
Zac was personable, kind and clearly knew his stuff. Made sure we would be good for a long time to come.
