I had new washer hook ups installed in my up stairs and very please with the work that was done . Really enjoyed Todd doing the work for he's very polite and informative and I loved the price . I have a new plumbing service and will be caling you when i need some more help . What other services do you all offer

Called to have a water softener installed and Gusto was very friendly, on time, and did really good work. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with their willingness to accommodate my busy schedule by working on a Saturday. They also ran into a few snags while replacing my old pipes and they stuck to the quote they original gave me. No unexpected costs! Thurgood Plumbing is a company I trust.

Jake and Jace were awesome! We had a slow leak in our wall. They diagnosed the problem quickly and They were very careful cutting into the sheetrock. They covered the floor with plastic and cleaned up after themselves. I felt like they did a great job for a reasonable price. They advised me of another problem with a toilet and were happy to fix that for me as well. All in all, I was very impressed with their service and relieved to have the problem fixed in such a short amount of time. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber. Thank you!

My water heater went out and because of my experiences with Thurgood over several years of working with them at our HOA complex when I was a board member, I KNEW they would do a good job for me. I also knew that because I can trust them to provide fair pricing, I didn't need bother to seek other bids.

Even though I had to wait a day for them to work me into their schedule, I had no problem waiting because I knew I wouldn't find anyone better.

Jake and his helper did an excellent job here today. This place has some very challenging design problems they had to work around. Even so, they managed to outsmart them and do a professional and reasonably fast job of installing my new heater.

I have no hesitation to recommend Thurgood. If you need a plumber, they are the people to call. They are a small company and unlike many of the bigger and more famous outfits, they depend upon having satisfied customers who will call them again. They are not like some of the others who know that when they finish with you, there will still be plenty of other suckers out there who have seen their fancy TV commercials and will call them without checking recommendations.

6:39am HOOPER UT -walking our dogs with multiple other people, this truck went SCREAMING down our 30MPH street. Service might be good, but if you want this truck in your neighborhood, I would think twice. This guy was driving so fast we are actually filing a formal complaint with the state and sheriff office today. UNACCEPTABLE

Scheduled an appt for 1 week out. The guy they assigned texted me an hour and a half prior to the appointment saying he was in his way. I take off from work, because I had planned on a later time, which the company confirmed. I arrive home, wait for them to show up. 5 minutes before my appointment time, I get another text saying they tried to call and tried to drive by but no luck so they would reschedule as they were on their way to another appointment. I’ve been sitting on my non-emergent clogged drain for 1 week. Terrible communication. Cannot vouch for their actual work, since they didn’t do any work.

They were very conscientious and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I believe their pricing was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Thurgood plumbing is such a great company! They were very quick to respond in our hour of need. Andy did a great job diagnosing the leak in our basement bathroom. The water was leaking bad and our house wasn’t plumbed with quick shut off valves. We have a master plumbing panel and the piping used didn’t make the job an easy switch-out. After changing the pipe first, it still leaked so Andy advised us we needed to replace our faucet. I know it was a hard job, but he got it done and it’s working perfect! We are very grateful. I highly recommend Thurgood Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They truly are professionals! Ruby & Dave
