Honest and knowledgeable local HVAC contractor. We used his services for a mini-split heat pump installation and Scott was fast and efficient. Price charged for his work was very reasonable. When you find a company you can trust, you stick with it.

We had a really good experience with Mr Good Guy. Scott was great. After getting several quotes on replacing our A/C unit, he was able to do an inexpensive repair that got us through the summer. Then ultimately we called Scott to replace the whole thing - and we couldn’t be happier with the price and service. He is absolutely our go-to guy from here on out. Highly recommend!

Scott and his crew provided excellent service in installing our new air conditioner and Scott went “up and above” to insure that we were able to use our old and ailing unit while waiting for the new installation. Our A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days on record in Utah, and on a Friday night. I called Mr.Good Guy. First thing Monday morning Scott came and assessed the situation. It was time to replace the 35 year old A/C and furnace. Scott and his crew came Wednesday and went to work. It wasn't an easy install. The furnace was back in the corner of the basement and tough to access. There were problems, but they figured it all out. They were respectful of our property, responsive to questions and proud of their work. I highly recommend Mr. Good Guy....they are really good guys!

We had a very unfortunate surprise when we learned we needed to replace our furnace and our ac unit immediately. We got shady impressions from most of the companies that came to give us a bid, but Scott was a pleasant exception. I never once got the impression he was trying to sell me on anything - he just wanted to give me the information I needed and let his service, knowledge, and HIGHLY competitive bid earn my business. He and his crew worked hard for a day and a half removing our old system and installing a new furnace, ac unit, and new venting/piping. The new system works great and he made sure to take the time to go over how it all worked before he left. I am highly impressed with Scott and his company and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work done. In a business where there are so many dishonest individuals, Scott truly lives up to his name by being one of the good guys!

Scott installed my new HVAC system in my 1921 house remodel. It was a complicated job, as remodel work tends to be. I also needed additional functionality that further complicated things. Scott made it feel simple and easy despite the complexity. He's been doing this forever. Salt of the earth kinda guy. Gina was great to work with on scheduling too. As someone who works in the construction industry, trust me when I say there isn't a reason to go with anyone else.

Mr. Good Guy it's not only a name the company has, but it's in actuality! I appreciate the fact that Scott had the integrity to tell me exactly what the problem with my furnace was: the switch next to the furnace was simply turned off. As I was waiting for Scott to arrive I was able to find out through their website about a whole house humidifier system, so even though my switch was turned off, I was able to find out about the mentioned system that I hope to take advantage of in the near future.....all thanks to my switch being turned off.

Scott and his team did an amazing job replacing our existing furnace and AC with a high efficiency ones. He showed up on time for all of the appointments and is very responsive with communication. He went the extra mile and helped us get our Nest thermostat working (we had some issue with the Nest backplate being broken, very common problem).

I will be using his company for all future HVAC and AC needs. Highly recommend this company!
