Fantastic service!! Roy was out the following day after calling to tell him the problem. Had my unit running and working properly very soon. He uses quality replacement parts and keeps you infirmed of what needs to be done. Reasonable prices and excellent service from a straight up honest guy. He shoots straight and will make sure things are done right before he leaves. He is now my go to for any future AC situations.

We made a call to RS A/C early morning, and they arrived within the hour. They were very professional and respectful. I felt a genuine personality right away. After diagnosing the units, I was given very fair options and pricing, and felt comfortable about it the whole time. I never once felt that they might be taking advantage of me or our dire situation. I did get another quote from another company later that day which ended up being almost 3 times more than RS had quoted me. I went with RS, and they had our whole outside unit replaced within a few hours, while also doing extra diagnosing that they didn’t have to. The install was done really professional, quickly, and smooth. We will stick to using this company from here on for all our A/C needs, and will recommend them to anyone going forward.

Roy is simply the best! He is a family guy, upfront, honest and truly cares about doing what is right for his customers. He makes what can be a stressful time go a lot smoother with his calm and friendly approach to each situation. Rogelio was on time for the appointment and was very respectful of my home. He is very clean while working and picks up after himself. He took the time to demo the newly installed thermostats/unit and walked me around everything he did. I fully recommend his services. RS received a request from my home warranty company at 9 pm on Labor Day. He called me a few minutes later and I told him that we had moved to a hotel since our AC was not functioning and we couldn't tolerate the heat at home. I told him that we had been promised another repair company but they canceled their appointment. Roy told us that he could meet us at our house between 7 and 8 am on Tuesday. He was there promptly and had the problem fixed in about an hour. He inspected our entire system (which is old) and made some recommendations that were much appreciated. I can't say enough about how pleased we were to get back into our home and for Roy's prompt response to our predicament. Without reservation, I would recommend him to anyone needing a no nonsense professional to deal with heating and cooling issues. His company and Roy are both 5 Star!
