Terrible customer service. Walked in with an aerator from a kitchen sink with a few questions and they were very dismissive and did not even attempt to help me look for a replacement part or send me in the right direction. Do not recommend shopping here for plumbing needs

Great place to go for hot water heaters
The people are courteous. Bought a state select 2 years ago and had trouble with it from the start with the honeywell control. Called the state people for warranty and that was a joke. They just want your money.
