Dobbs is A-1 all the way around. From customer service, being prompt, getting to us the same day and then even earlier than expected. The repairmen/technicians were extremely knowledgeable,professional,,courteous and very efficient. The problem was solved and they were in and out within 30 minutes. Very fairly priced as well. I've had a maintenance contract for 3 years now and Dobbs has always come through for me. Even when it was a complicated, time consuming fix. This particular time I called at 6:30pm when I noticed my upstairs unit was not cooling. I was called back at 8pm and a 9am service time was set for the following day. They showed up, they analyzed and fixed he problem all in less an an hour. I like that it's a family business, they treat you very well. I would recommend giving them a try if you're in the Whitesboro TX area.

I called to receive a quote when our air conditioning system quit working, and they were prompt to respond. They communicated well throughout the whole process, and completely replaced our inside/outside units within 4 1/2 hours. They are professional, personable, and fair!

Absolutely Wonderful Service!! Called at 1:30 pm and everything was fixed by 2:40. Communication as to time of arrival & what the issue was - was Great! Tech cleaned filters - which was not required - but did this as he was waiting to make sure everything was working. Thank You!!
