I have been using Kelly AC for my personal properties and for all the properties for my Rental Business for 10 years. I could go on and on how amazing they are. The office staff is great to always answer the phone and get you scheduled. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. The AC technicians get the job done and do not do anything without calling and explaining the repair to me. They all are knowledgeable, professional and prompt to get the job done. I have used other companies years ago but have never had such great service from any other company. That is why I have been using KELLY AC FOR 10 YEARS! Thank you all for taking care of all my properties!

I have used 3 other AC company I won't blast there names online but I will say KELLY is who I am using from here on out for my own home and work as well. SEAN came out on the weekend diagnosed and fixed my ac quickly and properly, you can feel the difference when unit is running correctly compared to other companies that kinda Jerry rigged it up to work. super respectful and humble. he went above and beyond at my home. Awesome! Just awesome!
I called them as my main fan went out with in 2 hours it was fixed. Also when my heater went out they were able to be at my house super fast and got the issue resolved super fast. Also the employee that came out to fix my issues both times educated me on the system so I could check things and fix it if the issues is a simple problem.

WOW! I have used several AC Companies in Tyler over the years. We stumbled upon Kelly AC after a referral from a friend. They came out same day, they were earlier then estimated time, they were professional and friendly, they diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us advice for the future. I would highly recommend this company and will only use them in the future.

Hector their technician was very professional, nice & polite. He quickly assessed what we need to repair our furnace. I hope that the part can be located quickly so i can run the furnace and keep My sweet Momma warm this winter.

We had no air conditioning for a few days so when we called Kelly air they were there within a few hours. We thought our air conditioner was completely out. Todd got us up and running within 30 min and gave us a much lower quote that we had already received for replacing part of our unit. Completely honest. Amazing work and super friendly service.
