AJR's team installed 5 split systems for us and the experience was excellent. They took time to run through all our options and discuss all the finer details regarding positions of indoor and outdoor units and the run of pipes and cables to ensure we were really happy with everything. Could not have had better service.

We just moved into a new house and, living in Texas, we know the importance of an efficient, well-working AC unit. So, we immediately called on a company that had been recommended to us for their great service, AJR Heating and Air conditioning. They came out, serviced our air conditioner and made sure everything was in top working order. We ultimately signed up for their yearly maintenance plan.

This past Sunday, in the heat of the middle of the day, our AC stopped working. (I was changing the thermostat.) We called AJR Heating and Air Conditioning and within minutes we were called back. James Popp was able to help me over the phone to fix what ended up being a blown small fuse. (My fault) I went and picked up the part (which he helped us locate), put it in and it was done. I cannot recommend this company enough or speak highly enough about their responsiveness, their professionalism, their integrity and their kindness. If you are looking for a company with these attributes, we highly recommend AJR Heating and Air Conditioning!
