I used Excel group—Waco division—to replace the roof of my house. I had the pleasure to talk to Mr. Johnathon Kiebler, and he is an excellent person. He was very responsive and the work was done on time. Mr. Kiebler was very thorough on walking me through step by step. Roofing repairs on 2 buildings took less than 48 hrs. No leaks whatsoever after completion. Worked with insurance and identified issues I missed on initial walkthrough. Definitely would reccomend!

Insurance refused to pay for roof repairs after I sent them video of the shingles blowing off in a windstorm because the “damaged area was not large.” Ben Craig advocated for us with our insurance company and eventually got the entire roof, gutters, rain guards, skylights, everything replaced entirely by insurance!
