We bought a complete ac system & the yearly service plan. We usually have to call to remind them to service 2x/yr according to their agreement. Then when we called for a repair, we’re charged an after hour service fee, fuel or trip service charge, plus an extra hourly charge … then we’ll see about the repair &/or equipment costs! Better to use a local company, however, if you live in a rural area they know they have you under a barrel. Update: 3.5 hours later after paying to be on a priority list, the part that failed was under warranty. So basically, we paid $200 for a 23 mile trip charge.

The team did an amazing job with replacing our ac system unit at home, which we have had for a couple of years. They replaced our unit the same day, efficiently and mess-free, which I am pleased.

Tyler Weathermakers is the best. After dealing with AC repair technicians sent by my home warranty company and the problem was not resolved, I called to troubleshoot why my A/C unit wasn't working.
