Company was assigned via home warranty. I tried two times via phone and one via text just inquiring that they received the work order. No response over three days. Upon researching their Google reviews I immediately called home warranty to cancel the order. Be aware.

This company installed two A/C units in my new home 3 years ago. One units heater system had never been used until this year when we got company during a cold spell. That one unit wound not work when needed. When I called the installation company they could not come so I called another A/C company near by.The second company found that the failed unit had been initially miswired by the installation company which caused a breaker to pop. I paid for the repair and forwarded the bill to the installation company since I was informed it was their fault. After over three months of emails and texthey have not refunded and of the fee for repair for their mistake.

My warranty company dispatched this company, twice. Both times have been terrible with communication. This time he came out Tuesday. He said he knew what parts we needed and that he was able to get them, but was waiting on the warranty co to give him the ok. Thursday morning, I called the warranty company myself to make sure the parts were approved. They were. I called Air Comfort Specialists to let them know (even though the customer service at the warranty company said they called and emailed letting him know.) No answer, no returned call. Called again twice Friday (today). No answer, no returned call. I texted him and asked when we can expect him to put the parts in, seeing that we are a family of 7 with no heat. His answer? "Well, I have been very busy and today was the first call and voicemail I have seen. Regardless it would have been Monday before I can get there due to my schedule." I have the calls recorded- both my husband and I have both made calls trying to find out when we may have heat again in the middle of winter with kids 2,4,7,11, and 12....plus our 1 lb puppy. So frustrated with the lack of communication and compassion from this company. If my warranty co didn't use them, I'd certainly never use them again. Still no word on when we might get an appointment for the parts to be installed.

These people installed a unit that was too small for my house. Every year we have it serviced and and least once a year we have to have it repaired. When he told me which unit he was putting in I told him I thought it was too small and he talked me down like he thought I was stupid. Now I'm stuck with the wrong ac unit and cant get ahold of this company. Apparently they're now out of business? I would give zero stars if possible

Exceptionally poor experience with this company. Very slow to respond, took over a month to get booked to fix my HVAC. Then came and “fixed it” before having it break down 48 hours later. Didn’t respond to messages for over a week after this. Came out to look at it again and told me I’d have to get a different HVAC company to fix it. Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Took forever to get parts and place them. The. When it was “repaired”, it broke within 10 hours because the wiring that was burned up burned up again because the compressor was bad.
