Very Unprofessional.. When talking prices was being gouged due to system not working. When I expend I was told I don't know anything and they have to do a full system diagnostic. Then when given a price for a S30 which is cost $300 and list $699, I was quoted $1300 per unit. When I told him I know the cost he told me to do it my self and F off.

I needed a complete system installed on a perticulare day. They were able to accomodate and they arrived early and had it done sooner than i expected. The system is so quite i bately know its running. Great techs! Very knowledgeable!!!
