Worst experience ever. Had a time set up and paid them $50 upfront. Tech did not show up, no explanation. Now in the process of trying to get a refund and receipt, but being given the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS USELESS.

Turbo Plumbing came on 28th March to install an RO unit under my sink. The technician did not connect the tube to the tank correctly and it came out and poured water under my kitchen cabinets all night. I discovered it in the morning and turned off the water and mopped the floor. When I called the technician’s boss, Jesus, he said he would send a technician to assess whether the flood was due to the Turbo technician or whether it was a faulty part from Whirlpool. He also stated that I had been given the option to use an RO unit that they provided instead of the one I had purchased. This was not true when the technician cWhen the technician came he discovered that the pressure fitting was incorrectly installed and he got the piece out of the fitting on top of the tank and pushed it into the pipe and reconnected it to the top of the tank and showed me that it was secure and couldn’t be pulled out - all this time saying it was Whirlpool’s fault!! He mopped up the remaining water

Said they would arrive between 4-7 and he was here right at 4. Found the leak and determined it was the water company meter and he even asked if there was anything else I would like him to look at while he was here. Great job!

Last night the siphon in my bathroom started to overflow, so I googled for some plumbing near me. Since it was after 10 pm I doubted anyone would be able to help me. Luckily, I came across this company (Turbo) that offered 24-hour service. The guys from Turbo gave me an excellent service, they came in a short time to my house and left my bathroom like new.
