I specifically asked the point of contact when I dialed the number is the 69 dollar special for a clogged sink. I gave her details about the clogged sink and she said yes it will be covered under that 69 dollars. I agree to the 9-12 pm Saturday night availability. Then I get a call that they can not come till 8-12 the next morning. Then he sees what the problem is what I stated to the lady and says it will be another 250 to do the job that the 69 dollars was suppose to be getting him out here. Train your people better

Brandon was great. He was very informative and always took the time to answer all my questions. The job was completed before the estimated completion date. The crew did an awesome job!

Useless company... charged me up front to do nothing I asked them to do and then took pictures of a bunch of other things. Tried to charge 450 to put a battery in my thermostat. Ridiculous... save your money and use someone else, unless you like wasting money. Thanks for nothing Turbo and Rene the Technician.

Rigo is awesome. He was very professional and talked me thru what he was going to be doing and then once completed the repair, he cleaned up and showed me photos of the work, and informed me more in-depth about what he did and what type of materials he used. The young man, Robert, who came to my house was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan. I appreciate all he did to help us resolve the problem! I highly recommend.

The tech was very friendly but the price he was trying to charge was insane! I spoke to several people and learned that was really taken advantage of. I might as well go get a whole new ac unit for my house. Will never recommend them to anyone unless you have money to burn.

A couple of days ago the air conditioner in my room stopped cooling, so I contacted a plumbing service near me. The guys from Turbo came almost immediately to my house, changed the filters on my air and showed me step by step the process. Now my air conditioner works perfectly.
