I have a small RV park with five tiny homes on it that I rent with mini-split AC units. Garrett came out and assessed the situation, ordered the parts, and did the repair in a timely manner. He was very professional and my tenant also liked him.

good company to do business with did not rip me off ,told me the truth and showed me the whats and whys of the repairs . I was happy with price and service as a matter of fact I just called him for another repair on a different house.

Amazing!!! Our AC went out in 100+ degree heat and they were at the house almost immediately. Scheduling was effortless and the fix took a matter of minutes. I had an air conditioning company come out due to a no heat issue. One of the bigger more well known ones. I see their commercials all the time so I thought I called " The Best" WRONG !! I was told I needed a new furnace and given prices. I got a second opinion with The Comfort King and boy am I one HAPPY customer !! Mike came out and found our problem and fixed it within minutes !! My furnace was fine it ended up being a bad wire !! Be careful with those companies you see on tv all the time. They'll try to sell you anything to pay for those commercials !! Mike was able to come and fix same day. HONEST person, a rare kind in their line of work. Other will try to create more problem and charge more fee on the customer. I highly recommend " The Comfort King" to all the people that needs aircon service or repair.

I came home from a 5 day beach vacation to a 92 degree house without working A/C at 5:30 in the afternoon. Garrett was at my house by 6:15 and busted his butt trying to solve what apparently was a tricky problem, and had the house back up and running by 8:15. As someone who failed out of architecture school, he explained things in a way that even I could understand and spelled out the part I would need moving forward, where to get it, and what to do with it once I get it -- then checked some other stuff just to make sure the system wasn't in general need of service beyond the emergency repair. He even pet my dog. All that for a Franklin and some change? Done and done folks. If I'm their average customer, you won't regret making the call.

Great Service. Called in the morning to schedule A/C tuneup and it was completed same day. Service Tech Garret came out and checked everything outside and inside and provided detailed info on the system.
