Great experience, honest company. They took over a horrible appraisal job from lonestar AC and they were fair and honest. We were told we need to replace the damper but it was just only a minor issue with the wire they fixed it on the spot. Great customer experience and satisfaction. A/C Cold Front was recommended to us by a friend when we mentioned we were experiencing problems with both furnace & A/C. We called & spoke with Tim Alt who came to our home the same day. A complete inspection was made & determined systems needed to be replaced. Job completion was done within 2 days & team was very professional. Our furnace went out in the midst of a historic ice storm in Houston. I called Tim and he was at our house that afternoon. He had everything up and running in no time! I would recommend Cold Front A/C to anyone!

We called late Monday afternoon in need of a service call. Tim showed up the next day on time and went to work. He is honest, experienced, and has a good working knowledge on a/c equipment. Within an hour he had our a/c running correctly. The prices were very reasonable. We will call again if we need a/c service. We highly recommend Tim and Cold Front A/C of the Woodlands.

UPDATE: It's been a year since Tim & his crew at Cold Front renovated our HVAC, and what a year! My new favorite day of the week is when Reliant sends me a weekly review\preview of my AC bill. I attached a screenshot of this weeks Reliant email below (which I don't see posted - this month's bill? $56.00).

Can *you* say *that* about *your* AC\Heating Company and *your* Energy Company? Nope, this isn't due to the good graces of Reliant. It's thanks to Cold Front A/C of the Woodlands.

Over a year I've watched my bill evaporate (just like the dust thanks to my House Air Purifier!). I attached a screen shot of this week's email. I LOVE seeing that my house is a fraction of the "Energy Efficient" houses in my neighborhood. I've even cranked my AC waaaay down at night thanks to the joys of..um...aging. :) Same low, low bill.

I also want to give a shout out to the House Air Purifier! My son and I both have issues with getting sick easily and Asthma, and we have a huge dog that loves to shed everywhere. Oh the difference the House Air Purifier has made. Wowza!

We've seen a DRAMATIC reduction in dust, dog hair, etc. and boy we sure do breathe better at home! I SO SO GLAD Tim suggested the Home Air Purifier as he knows my kiddo and how long he easily he gets sick through the years (Hint: GET AN AC GUY THAT GETS TO ACTUALLY *KNOW* YOU AND WILL ***DO THE RIGHT THING***)!

I've never met a more honest group of folks than the guys at Cold Air A/C of the Woodlands. Seriously, ya'll: Tim and his crew will Treat. You. Right and will redesign the Heck out of your HVAC system. You should also seriously talk to him about the House Air Purifier. We've noticed a dramatic difference in the air and dust quality at home, and we are *For sure* breathing better!!!

I couldn't be happier with the new AC\Heat system I received from Cold Front. I also can't believe the savings! My Reliant bill is now consistently 50% less than a typical home. For our 2 person home, 2500 square feet, and temps hitting 85 - 90, my weekly Reliant summary says my bill will be $85 - 90. Seriously! Tim and his crew were timely, efficient and cost conscious. You should absolutely give them a call!!

Highly recommend Tim for AC repair. I was having an issue with my AC cooling the house and he came out two hours after calling him. Had it fixed quickly and answered all my questions.

If I could give 10 stars on this review I would, because the professionalism and expertise that they possess is top notch. Not only did they take care of the issues, they explained what the cause was and what would be needed to resolve it. Also the price for service is the best by far. This was the greatest experience I have ever had with an AC company. They have a client 4 LIFE :)
