5 Star Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cold Front AC of the Woodlands is an outstanding company! I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to on this one. Tim and Jackson were Amazing! They showed up prompt and ready to work! They were able to take care of my AC and it didn’t cost me a fortune😁 If you need AC service, use them. You will not be disappointed.

The services provided by Cold Front A/C of The Woodlands are excellent. The team is very professional, very knowledgeable and have an excellent customer service with high quality. The last visit originated in a problem with a malfunctioning thermostat provided by the security system company. Tim Alt lent me a temporary thermostat until the replacement arrived, thus avoiding some days of cold weather without heat. He was very flexible coming home a couple of times to solve the problem. I recommend their services!

Had a 3 year old air conditioner suddenly start struggling to keep the house cool - in weather that wasn't even breaking 90 degrees outside. A neighbor recommend Cold Front A/C and I have to say, they are the ultimate professionals.

The responded to my service request I sent through their portal within an hour - and were out the next day to take a look at my system. The owner himself came out, thoroughly inspected the system, and determined both my evaporator and condenser were leaking. Cold Front took care of contacting the AC manufacturer about a warranty claim, got the parts ordered, and were out within a few days once they had arrived to take care of the repairs.

It's rare to find a company these days that still has a personable touch - I would highly recommend them. I'm still very impressed that when they found out my American flag had ripped the day before they came out from high winds, they brought me a replacement flag. That alone spoke volumes to me.

I'll definitely be calling them again for maintenance and repairs (if needed!)

A/C went out and we were having difficulty finding someone who had a new unit available to sell us. Tim came out and gave us a quote within a few hours of my call yesterday and had the new unit installed by noon today! Not only were they able to do the install, they had a better price than other companies who quoted me 4-6 weeks before they could get a unit. Fantastic customer service and extremely responsive, also they offer discounts for military, first responders, and teachers! Will definitely be using Cold Front as my go-to for A/C work.

Wow! I can't begin to say enough nice things about this company. He arrived promptly after my call. The service provided by Tim was amazing. He is by far the most honest and fair AC company. Not only did he fix the urgent issue but was able to fix an ongoing issue I had that other companies claimed couldn't be fixed without a new unit. My entire family finally got a good nights sleep! His pricing is beyond reasonable and he explained different options. ALL of which were affordable. By far the best service around!

We met Tim when he was servicing my in-laws house and quickly kept him in mind for our newly purchased house. When he came out to our house to inspect our A/C unit, it was like seeing an old friend. He is so friendly and transparent about the cost of services provided and never tries to upsell you on anything. Tim was very informative about options we could take to improve our efficiency of our unit but was never pushy. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. Recently had my first experience with Cold Front A/C. I must say the service was excellent. Tim spent a great deal of time checking out the furnaces; probably more time then my last a/c company did cumulatively over the last 3 years. Found Tim to be extremely knowledgeable. He shared much information about my system. Signed up for his maintenance program as well as requesting a quote to change out a leaking evaporator coil. Quote was emailed the same day and the price is fair. Very impressed

Exceptional service and came out WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALLING!! I couldn't recommend this company more!! Our ac was fixed and working within an hour of their arrival! And so transparent about the issues and just a simple part replacement. Under $100 and we called it a day. Thank you all SO MUCH!!
