Great group. They are professional in every way.
I sleep better at night knowing I have them near. Not only are they prompt, they take time to explain issues and processes. They are fair with pricing and offer a great warranty as well.

Called Randy and left a message. Within 5 minutes he called me back and Rodney was at the house that morning. A+ service all the time!

Randy was on time, extremely thorough.
I have an old unit way out of its prime and he evaluated it and did a few things to keep it going...it wont be long, i know the system needs to be replaced. I asked him to price one for me and i know without question he is very competitive and he will be back to do the work..

Similar to many people, I am a sceptic about reviews and feel that my oversight is needed to be sure a job is done correctly. Certain Air is different. Randy was fantastic, and I highly, highly recommend him. He is as honest as the day is long and very thourgh. As far as I am concerned, I will not call anyone else. I echo everyone elses comments. One other AC company diagnosed my AC problem as needing an entire unit for several thousand dollars. Randy repaired it for a couple hundred bucks.

Rodney came by today and he was great. I received same day service, everything is working perfectly and the price was unbeatable! I recommend this company to anyone who has trouble with their heating or AC unit. Don't bother calling anyone else.

Prompt service...Rodney is simply the best. Came earlier than the appointment time and diagnosed the problem right away. The price was just right...way cheaper than others even though it was a weekend urgent call. I'm a happy customer for life now :) Will be calling Certain Air for yearly A/C checkups from here on.

Very fast callback, they showed up only an hour later, which was amazing, and much appreciated when it's hot and your AC stops working. The technician was detailed and gave me two proposals; the quick refill to give us another year, or the expensive replacement with a longer lifespan. I didn't feel pressured at all. Very professional and a reasonable price to boot!

This A/C company is the best. My air condition was making a lot of noise and then just stopped working I thought I would need a new system. They repaired my system quick and easy and did not charge much money. Very honest company I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody. very happy very happy
