I've found a new, reliable, and honest HVAC vendor. Charlie showed up quickly when my furnace died, fixed what the others guys said needed to be replaced, and saved me $3,100 in the process. Hard to do better than that!

Eric M. did a great job. Found the problem, ordered the parts and returned the next day first thing. Eric made sure everything was clean when the job was complete, made sure everything was working properly and made sure we new what the warrantee on parts and labor were. Also before ordering parts he made sure we new the costs.

Was at the in-laws today on the 4th of July. Started to have a light leak coming from our AC unit. Within thirty minutes of calling, Charles was here (on the 4th of July!!) to fix the problem and clean everything up for us. I cannot believe the amount of dedication and craftsmanship they have shown. He even refused payment for the fix (which only took him a few minutes to diagnose and complete). Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new AC unit (which they did for us a week back) or a quick call in for help.

As a single parent every penny has a place to be spent week in and week out, there is no wiggle room. When my a/c went down I was in tears one more expense in this already too expensive summer. When I called AirNow, the woman who answered was kind, courteous, and assured me I would be seen today.
Dave arrived a hot sweaty mess full of jokes and knowledge. He had everything up and running in less than an hour and gave me great advice on how to keep my system in top shape.
All and all the two of them combined made a very bad day way more bearable. Thank you both so very much for your amazing customer service and knowledge!!!!

Update: Eric came over and took care of the leak the second time without a charge. He is very nice.

Previous: Paid over $300 to have AC leak fixed in mid March 2020. Now it is leaking again. I was told they will charge me $90 for coming out to take another look.

Mr. Sims with Air Now Services responded within a couple of hours and completed the repairs within 45 mins. Very professional and I would highly recommend him and Now Air Services to all my friends and neighbors.

Erik came out to fix our AC that was blowing warm air. Had to do some process of elimination but it got fixed. Scheduling was easy and they made sure I knew when the tech was coming. Very friendly!

I have used this company for many years as a referral from my subdivision forum. They are fair, extremely responsive and they do not try to sell you anything you do not need. They customer service exceeds my expectations and I now refer them to anyone I know. I have had minor things like a contactor to larger things like a compressor replaced by them. All done same day.
