Mike came to my home today and replaced my failed water heater. He's such a nice, personable guy. He did a great job and was up front with pricing before coming out to my house. I feel like the pricing for the job was fair and the work performed was done very well. I would not hesitate to use this company or recommend this company. Great service, great employee.
I had two great experiences with Central Air. On Saturday two weeks ago my air conditioner stopped cooling. It was 3:00pm. I called Central Air and they called me back in about 30 minutes. He said he could be there are 4 hours. He had a bunch ahead of me. He came at 7 pm and fixed the problem. He was fast and very polite. This Saturday, my air condition stopped blowing air. He called me back in about 30 minutes and talked me through what to do. My air conditioner was frozen. He said to turn the air off and leave the fan on for two hours. It worked. I called him back to tell him. I am very impressed how friendly and knowledgeable they are. Will keep using them I like it they will come on the weekend. Shari Parker
Charged $117 to come out and they did absolutely nothing. Lady on the phone said $59.99 to come out and a $10 trip charge. Called back after receiving the invoice and the lady said she quoted me wrong because we are a commercial business. She refused to stand by the price quoted. Will not use them again. Would highly not recommend.
Got a quote within 30 min of calling and got the Install within 1 hr from agreeing to the quote. Top notch service from start to finish. From the ladies in the office to the guys doing the install. Couldn't have went any better. Would give 10 stars I I could!
It was very fortunate we located Central Air over fifteen years ago. We also accepted the maintenance contract for our heating and air conditioning system. It has been comforting to know that when I was traveling they were insuring my home system was well cared for. We have even called them at late hours and they have responded quickly and professionally; always with smile. During the recent heat wave our unit failed and could not be revived. Our tech suggested we get a new unit. We were briefed about the available units for efficiency and most importantly what was available locally. 24 hours after we decided what we wanted, it was installed and working. Great job.
I have a long relationship with this company. The Plumbing team is prompt and efficent. Their workmenship has been great. The employees are friendly and work clean. I don't have to clean-up behind them. The A/C people are friendly and respectful as well. When I call, it doesn't take them long to take care of me. That's important when you Air stops. I have found the customer service to be great, fair, and responsive. Today I learned they have a 24/7 answering service and service was available on Sunday. Wish I had known, wish the service center had offered me that option for an additional fee. I would have happily paid for Sunday service. Now you know!, ask for what you require. Central Air Cond came out to fix a leaking pipe after hours in a snow storm for us. They got the water turned off and had to come back the next day in the snow to replace the part that was needed. They went above and beyond to help us in a critical time that was dangerous to be out in. We deeply appreciate their quick response and dedication to helping those in need.
Poor customer service, deceptive pricing, lack of communication – Consumer beware! They attempted to charge for a part that was under manufactures warranty (over $1800). When I called them out on it, they instead raised the install rate. That same part went out the next summer because of incompetence and lack of testing after install. I would strongly recommend you find another company. Central is poorly ran and operated and the manager is in denial his employees are unprofessional.
Very UNreasonable rates. Very POOR business practices. When we first called, we were quoted a couple of small charges that we could expect. We did not expect the bill that followed the work. When averaged out, we ended up being charged an outlandish amount of money per each hour of work. This amount was greater per hour than any specialist doctor might charge. These workers need a certificate to do their job, they should not be charging as much or more for their services as someone with a doctorate. Nor should they do service they were not even asked to do and then charge the highest possible rate for doing it, which is what they did. The entitled attitude of the receptionist when confronted about the issue is cause alone for a negative review. The worker was nice while he was here, which is why the bill was so shocking. I will never do business with this company again, nor would I recommend them.
