Air Control

Air Control, was quick to address my AC problems and did a fantastic job. They were very helpful through the entire process, from getting a technician out to my house, explaining the issues, and discussing solutions. They are my go-to company for any AC needs in the future.

I’ve been working with Air/Control for nearly 10 years & I’m happy to say that they have kept my HVAC running very well for that long. The unit was purchased when I was married, I got divorced last January & the transition with Air/Control couldn’t have been smoother. I’ll be renewing my Service Agreement soon because I’m not sure I can trust anyone else with my comfort. 😀

As a homeowner, I appreciate Air Control’s responsiveness, kindness and and fairness. I’ve called them a number of times and they’ve made the fix each time and provided tips for maintenance. And they were very gracious when they showed me that human error (my failure to change the filter) was the probable cause of one particular issue! Air Control is my “go to” source for all things related to my AC.

Air Control may no t be the cheapest in Central Texas - but they are certainly the best. The office staff is always easy to reach, efficient, and attentive. Jeremy has worked on our Geothermal System several times and is very knowledgeable and capable. We are fortunate to have them
serve the area and recommend them.

The service men arrived right on time and quickly got to work. They kept me current on what they were doing and even recommended how often I should change my a/c filter. When they were done they told me what maintenance they had performed both to the inside as well as to the outside units. They were quiet, polite, and efficient. I give them 5 Gold Stars.

Always the utmost professionalism from sales; installation; and maintenance.
