Todd was very professional. It was hot, but he did not slow down. He didn't try to pressure sell us into anything, or tell us 100 things were wrong that weren't. I worked in HVAC for 9 years. I wish I had techs like him when I was dispatching. I honestly would prefer him every time because of his honesty, professionalism, and the fact that he took time to explain things, and answer questions that my husband and I had. We noticed that our house was very humid and called to get the issue diagnose and resolved. A technician was able to come within a day and he was quick to review our system and identify the issue. He also provide advice on fixing it and maintaining a good comfort level. Pricing was very fair and we are happy with the price charges. Thank you for such a wonderful job! We will definitely be calling them again for regular maintenance or issues.

Service was professional and courteous BUT repairs were still VERY EXPENSIVE for a system under warranty. $2k - YIKES?!?!

I was blown away with the quick-response and professionalism of the staff and technicians. I called them to replace the water valve underneath my kitchen sink. They stayed in constant communication with me the entire time and allowed me to approve the work before they began. The technicians followed Covid protocols and wore shoe covers, which I appreciated because I have white carpet. I highly recommend Xtreme Air and I will use them again. I definitely saw a difference between this team and the team at another plumbing company that was sent by my home warranty company. Thank you for fill in the gap and providing the service that I actually needed in a timely manner.

My service from start to finish was amazing! First, Brandon gave me honest feedback about my system and which system fit my needs the best. Mark made sure I had a fair price. The Install manager Robert Thompson and his crew Tim, Shane, Roland, and JD worked super fast to make sure I had A/C by sundown and could sleep comfortably in my home. I highly recommend this company!

I have spent over $27,000.00 to replace my A/C unit and replace my plumbing in my house and I have had issues with my plumbing and A/C unit! And was told they would not schedule someone to come out until they collected $2,000.00 that I haven’t paid because they have not fixed the leaking NEW PLUMBING THEY INSTALLED AND THE A/c unit is not working properly!!!! And then told there was no owner or manager available!!!! Mind you I have already paid $27,000.00 and nothing has been corrected that was a problem for almost a year now!!!! Unbelievable!!

Mike was on time, professional, & thorough. I had a complete A/C & heating system installed by Xtreme Air last year & have been very pleased with the work that was performed & the Trane unit that I purchased.

I have a preventative maintenance package with Xtreme, and I have been very pleased. Cory was terrific. He took the time to explain my system's status and that preventative steps to help improve efficiency. I will certainly call on Xtreme when AC service is needed.

I contacted Xtreme Air Services out of Sunnyvale,Texas on 6/27/22 set a free estimate for 6/28/22, explained that I was purchasing a Mr Kool ductless split system 24,000 btu for 1400.00 and that Lowes referred me to Xtreme Air. Aaron Castellanos was on time very nice technician.
He gave me an estimate for install only of $5600.00 !! I told Aaron there must be a mistake so I immediately called the office and spoke to a service manager named Jake. He confirmed that would be the cost to install only. I asked why Xtreme Air would charge any consumer over three times the amount of the product being installed. Jake said that's what it would cost and that it was not a mistake! Told him no consumer would accept paying over 3 times the amount of any product. He dismissed me with your free to shop around and I terminated the call.
Consumer beware of this company Xtreme Air Services over charging all consumers.
Just totally an unacceptable quote and would not likely to refer them to anyone.
