Capacitor went on after hours. Quick response and Chris, the technician that came, arrived within window given. Chris was professional and courteous. Explained what was needed and got me cool again! Chris was excellent representative of Martin Mechanical. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars

I called because I was concerned that my A/C was about to die, and temps were climbing north of 100. They came out right away and were patient when the problem did not reoccur immediately. They found the issue and fixed it in the same visit. I've been using Martin Mechanical for years, and this is absolutely typical of my experience with them. A+ highly recommended.

AC quit working about 13:00 hours and house temp went to 84F. Checked the 4 ton AC outside and the condenser fan motor did not run, so I called Martin Mechanical who have installed all of my 3 AC units. They dispatched a couple of their employees that arrived about 15:00 and confirmed that the fan had to be replaced and the work was completed about 16:30 and we verified that the AC unit was running again and cooling as required. We appreciate the quick response and as usual always get good service from Martin Mechanical.

From the initial bid to the install, Cory and his team made it 'painless'. I requested a bid back in February, knowing my AC was on its' last leg. However, I had a house renovation taking place and a lot of balls in the air. He graciously followed up w/me at the beginning of March & April, but did not pressure me. Needless to say, my AC stopped working the first week of June (perfect timing; I was on vacation in Chicago enjoying the best weather ever just to return home to an almost 90 degree house). I called him on a Sunday and he got to work! I felt like he made me a priority and he was very knowledgeable and patient w/all my questions.

I called about a leak from the outside spout of my AC which was way more then just simple condensation. I was told that the tray was shifted and that all the leak was condensation. AC stopped blowing cold air. I called another repair service who told me that my AC completely leaked out and my coils had expanded from it being froze over. I explained to the owner of Martin Mechanical who has poor communication and decided to hang up on me.

My A/C went out. I called them an hour before they opened left a message and they returned call within minutes. Cory made it the first call after they opened (it helps being close to their office) and with a minor repair had it running again. Quick and Excellent service.

Great company! Great customer service! Will always use them for my HVAC needs! This place is so professional and so personal. I have used them to install a whole new unit on my previous home and they did a great job. Recently we moved and I had them do work on the AC at our new house. Trust goes a long way with me and this team has mine completely.

Strongly recommend Martin Mechanical. I have new AC along w new thermostat. AC would stop. Nathan came out He is great..He got my AC working in 5 mins. He gave me tips on use of thermostat. I am in the COOL. Deb Covington Woods
