I've been using and recommending Smart A/C for about 15 years. These guys are the best in the business. They know their stuff. They're always polite, punctual, and respectful of property. I love that they either remove their shoes or use shoe covers when entering the home.

We had a leak on the ceiling and wall due to overflow from the AC. We called Smart A/C Services, and they came by in 30 minutes to fix the issue. We learned that the AC on second floor had automatically stopped for the last few days. We have been calling them for AC issues for the last 5, 6 years and are very happy with them. We will sign up for the yearly AC maintenance and checkup. Great company! Great service!

Needed to have our furnace replaced, and called Smart A/C Services after being connected with them via homeguide.com - Cindy picked up right away was able to schedule Billy to come out the very same day for an inspection and quote on the work that needed to be done. He was on-time, very professional, and took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. The quote was very competitive and they were able to schedule me in to come out the next day to start the new furnace install. Again Billy and his team arrived on-time, and got all the work done in the quoted time frame. He then took time to go over the install, test the system, ensured I was 100% satisfied before leaving and ensuring the work area was spotless.
