Marquis, our Davis AC service tech, was extremely professional. He was on time, thorough in what he was doing as well as explaining what he was doing to us at the same time. I would highly recommend using Davis AC for your servicing needs and if you get Marquis, you're in even better hands.

Marquis was quick and responsive in regards to getting called in for a late emergency call. He was very friendly and respectful. We voiced our concerns and he fixed the problem immediately since we had a leak in our A/C unit. We also raised a concern about whether or not the A/C unit was tilted and pooling water. He stayed longer than the actual visit to fix the tilt, drain out the water build up, cover the leak with sealant, and stayed longer to make sure no leaks came out. We are very appreciative of him and would definitely recommend him to clear up any problems anyone may have.

Our A/C quit running on the 4th of July and we called Davis A/C. The Technician came out and fixed the issue along with checking the entire unit. We have been using Davis for 15 years and couldn’t be happier!

I’ve lived in my home for almost 3yrs and Davis has been my maintenance company since move in day. My service tech Matt(Matthew) has been to my house at least 4 times and he’s always professional, respectful, and kind. When anybody else shows up I’m a bit disappointed that it’s not him. He’s a great tech with a wonderful smile and disposition. He’s super dependable and knows his job. Davis is very lucky to have him as an employee. I think any homeowner would be pleased with him as their service tech.

Marquis fixed a dampener issue that we’ve been having for years. He thoroughly explained all the issues to me and how it all worked. He was patient in explaining everything to me. I really appreciate his hard work and his diligence in fixing my AC.
