We have used Scogin Aire for years now. Every spring we have then come and check out our air conditioner systems and perform any preventative maintenance that might be needed to ensure our AC will operate with maximum efficiency during the coming cooling season. Every fall we ask Sogin Aire to inspect our heating system to ensure it is in good working order for the upcoming heating season.

Excellent doesn't begin to describe the professional quality and work ethic of the employees who installed our new furnaces and air conditioners. They removed the old ones and cleaned up all debris. We were very pleased with the results.

Michael Scogin was involved in all aspects of the job from the quote, installation and maintenance contract. He has answered all our questions regarding the thermostats and how to work them. Michael is very knowledgeable about the products on the market and what is required for the space needing heating or cooling.

Scogin's replaced our complete AC. The installation was very professional. They gave us an accurate estimate and completed the job on time.
