Shogun-Aire is absolutely the best company out there .
Had my A/C up and going in no time at the fraction of the price other had quoted me.
Cannot recommend this company enough the best customer service out there

I can't express adequately with words as to the satisfaction felt doing business with Scogin-Aire. The air conditioning went out Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning expecting to have to wait for assistance until Monday. Much to surprise my phone call was answered. Mr. Scogin was very much professional and accommodating. He took the time to go over a few things (troubleshoot) while on the phone with me and had the most pleasant of demeanors. Unfortunately the fix was going to require a trained mechanic. Generally people are resting and enjoying their Sundays, but within an hours time he had a tech at the house to get the air back up and running. Not only was Mr. Scogin the consummate professional, but his tech Anselmo was truly a pleasant individual who took care of my issue in a most timely fashion. The issue with the ac was a relative quick fix and in no time the house had cooled and momma was happy. It would be an understatement to say that Mr. Scogin and his representative were anything other than the most genuine, good natured, and honest of peoples any of us should hope to encounter. I, myself, will never look further than to Scogin-Aire if and when an HVAC issue arises. I certainly will recommend this company to anyone I know. Absolutely could not have been more pleased with the service received. Truly good people who had shown integrity, honesty, and knowledge in their craft.

Scogin Aire is simply the best...period. They have done a great job in the past and did so today involving a minor wiring issue. Michael and his team are very experienced and skilled technicians and know their business well, are very attentive and informative, and explain the issues and how to resolve them. Pricing is honest and fair - something you don't often get on residential services. Scogin is my HVAC company for life!!

I have nothing but praise for Scogin-Aire Mechanical. First-class technicians! Prompt & courteous service from the first moment of contact to thanking them upon completion of the job. Excellent troubleshooting by Oscar and great installation job by Juan & Victor. Outstanding communication from the dispatcher also. They are quick to respond and kept me informed throughout the process. The installation guys spread out tarps in the work area to minimize affecting the house and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves upon completion. It's so good to finally find a company with great technicians who truly care about their customers and represent their company well. The entire process was a team effort!!

They were on time and very proffessional. All of my questions were answered. When the work was complete, they showed AND explained to me exactly what was done. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

I would like to say A huge thank you to Scoggin air and heat. This company is the best I’ve ever used. Josh and Oscar came out and put in portable air conditioning systems immediately and put in two window units so we would havesome air conditioning. Oscar is a professional knows his stuff. The company gave us a great air conditioner at a great price and we are so thankful that we have a wonderful working air conditioning system now thank you so much I highly recommend y’all to anyone who needs repairs or a new one .

We have used Scogin-Aire for many years and will continue using their services. They are prompt, polite and always do an excellent job. We have a maintenance agreement and they come out twice a year to keep our equipment running. I highly recommend them.

Michael came out and did a full review of my parent's house to replace furnace/AC. They were highly recommended and extremely professional & friendly. Due to some unforeseen contracts my family had, we had to use another company. I felt really bad we could not give Scogin-aire the job. However, next time they will be my first and only call.
