My A/C stopped working and in this heat we needed it fixed soon. I called the company and they were able to get someone same day. Jake was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He was able to get our A/C running in no time. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable would definitely use them in the future!

During a string of 100 degree days the A/C in our rental home (occupied by our daughter) stopped cooling. I called North Point first thing the morning after it quit. Within hours they had a tech on-site. He checked the entire system, diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue at a fair price in about an hour after arriving.
