We have used them exclusively for heating air conditioning services for the last 5 years and since we moving into this town home. It is always daunting taking a stab at requesting service but we needed new units in our home and they installed both over a two year period. Yes, it was costly but A/C is needed in Houston. When one unit failed after a short period (2.5 - 3 years) we were worried but they came out and found what was determined to be a bad part from the manufacturer. Warranty was still in effect. Labor was costly but ...A/C is needed in Houston. Just a month later a compressor for that same unit went out. We were devastated! We complained and they listened. The advanced tech, (Andy Smith) came out immediately and within hours had located and installed a new compressor that was on Warranty and not charged us the labor for hours of work due to the apparent and faulty compressor. Relieved, satisfied and cool! In less than 24 hours our crazy emotional roller coaster ride about $$$, time, and Houston heat were all behind us, primarily due to Mr. Smith. His attitude and his expertise was exceptional. No tricks, just calm explanation of what was going to have to be done. Yes, we're still scared about calling service companies to come into our home and provide services and then ride off into the sunset but we'll be a customer to Morrow Mech. for a long time because they did the right thing rather than what we are aware that other's have done in similar circumstances.

Morrow Mechanical has provided Priority Care for our A/C and Heating systems for several years and has always provided exceptional service. Scott Spears was our service technician today and he did an outstanding job servicing our equipment and pointed out potential areas of problems going forward.
I needed a new furnace - Morrow Mechanical did everything possible over the past 9 years to keep the 24 yr old unit running but we finally had to send it to the scrap heap.
Josh C. took the lead on the installation and did an amazing job from start to finish. He was warm, personable, and explained everything they would be doing. He also went over the warranty and what it covered.
After the install, he checked the outdoor a/c unit so he could give the entire HVAC system a clean bill of health. He was very thorough and very professional.

I have known I need a new AC System for years. The fan died, on a FRIDAY, outside and the system was 28 yrs old. We were out of hope until Monday morning when Sam showed up.
We had several contacts, one was real janky, most were lame and unresponsive, and One-Hour wanted to sell me the kitchen sink AND waste my time with 3 hours of measuring, note-taking, and a HUGE sales pitch.
Sam spoke in plain terms with absolute confidence. He knows his team backs him up with expertise, class, and access to materials.
I signed the same day without any hesitation...the next day my old system was out and we were cooling that evening! ABSOLUTELY unbelievable I tell ya!
We got new ductwork installed the next day then insulation blown in the following day.
EVERY person that came into my home was professional, courteous, respectful, and thoughtful of me, my family, and my home ON TOP OF installing "new everything".
This company is top-notch!
