And Joshua had some very valuable insights on keeping my system up and running better; and pointed out a a leaking vent, and fixed it alot more secure, than it was before !! Now, I know what's causing the Spot on my kitchen ceiling !!

Angel, Alan were the lead men on installing new furnaces. Eddie assisted. All were very courteous and professional. The installation went very smooth and the house kept vlean.

Josh C. came out to perform system test. Very professional and did a great job including cleaning and treating the primary AC drains.

Three man team of Paco, Angel, and Mike arrived on schedule and replaced my old builder grade system with new 17 ser Lennox heat/AC system. Work was completed by late afternoon and we are ready to take on Houston summer.

Jordan Rivera was knowledgeable, hard working and didn't stop until job was done and done right.

Trevor was professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in providing excellent service. Even though his company didn't install my water heater, he helped me with it.

Update 03/2023: I'm always impressed by Morrow technicians' punctuality and professionalism, and the communication when a tech is on their way. Today Scott came out for our routine yearly a/c check and membership renewal. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave me lots of helpful information and a few products to think about for the future without being pushy at all. The options he discussed were only ones that would likely benefit our household specifically. Bonus points for being a rescue dog foster and advocate! While we have been pleased with every tech that has come out, it would be great to have Scott as our regular technician!

Update: Still going strong with Morrow and find them fair and reliable. Today we had Robert come out to inspect a backup in our ac drain. Because of where the clog was, he was able to give us lots of good information but advised that we would need to call a plumber. We were pleasantly surprised when he let us know that he spoke to his boss and was able to wave the fee for coming out and diagnosing the problem. We really appreciate Robert's time and help and for having our fee waved!

Original review: Morrow installed a brand new system for us years ago, and there was no turning back. They have been nothing but helpful and professional from the get go. Most recently, Matt K. has come out for our a/c and heating maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and informative - always giving me the big picture and helpful tips as well as options for increasing efficiency, etc. without any sales pitches or pressure. He always tells me the cost of any service up front. I really appreciate his careful attention and advice. Bonus points for making my five year old laugh. Everyone I have spoken to in the office has been very courteous as well, and I appreciate how I've never had to wait to schedule an appointment and how quickly a technician has been able to be scheduled. I have recommended Morrow to family and friends as well and will continue to do so.

Was $$- Very Pricey + $$ will have to wait and see if it was worth it , they told me it would be, Will see if that stands the test , not yet installed Heating and AC Lennox Elite XC20 AC 5ton and Furnace < Price ___22,560$> ___Hope its worth it , will Review and Edit after Install , wish me luck! was the young man that sold us on the **Gold Package **, Update we had a crew of men come yesterday they all work all day and installed System , Just a little disapointed in the Clean up , and they didnt help me wilth the setup of the icomfort program , had some other Issue but hope to clear up shortly will come back and update at that time , date today is 7/9/2017>oneday for this job was Great.! that alone is worth 2 more stars Thank Gentle men I know it was very HOT! in that Attic. Update 7/25/17 took care of issue,and so far is working like a charm.

Mike did an awesome job! He explains all details of what maintenance he is doing and why he recommends doing them. He is very professional and courteous and asked if I had any questions more than once to make sure I was completely satisfied with my AC service.

Their office scheduling, Kimberly, is always friendly and works to schedule to my needs. The Service Tech, Josh C. is prompt, explains what's going on, since I look over his shoulder a lot.
