From sales to installation, Morrow takes great care of us. Steven helped us figure out the best system. Paco and his team are professional and resourceful. There are wiring issues and they helped installed new Ecobee thermostat (delivered by Morrow within an hour). Not only did they check to make sure AC and heaters are working, but Paco also went out of his way to ensure the smart devices can be set up and linked to Alexa. Highly recommend their services.

I had my annual heating system check up today with Morrow Mechanical. The appointment was arranged and confirmed without issue by Kimberly. The Service Tech Josh showed up right on time. He was great in explaining everything regarding the current status of my heating unit. He went above and beyond in changing out a filter (and cleaning the cover!) that is accessible only by a ladder, saving me the trouble of having to do so. The little extras in service are what makes a business shine! I appreciate Josh's thoroughness in taking care of my heating system today. Thank you!
Just had my winter check-up by Morrow. They are very professional and courteous. Even after receiving several appointment reminders, Kimberly called to confirm that our technician was on his way. Josh thoroughly inspected our system, treated for algae build up and cleared our exhaust vent. I highly recommend Morrow!
Josh Cover did a great job inspecting my three heating systems. He was thorough, professional and friendly. During the inspection he found a small gas leak on one system along with the need for gas line sediment traps on two of the systems. Had him add the sediment traps and repair the leak. Price was reasonable. Thanks to Josh my heating systems should be safe and reliable this winter.

I must commend Morrow Mechanical on their professional services. I feel the price was high, but I also have a degree of confidence that if we have cooling issues going forward that Morrow will make it right for us. Despite two attempts, the install was not as clean as what we would have hoped. The line set cover down the side of the house is not an attractive feature. The units do their job and seem to do it efficiently. Wished it looked better outside. They should consider hiring people with trim work experience to complete the cosmetics of the job.
Scott performed yearly maintenance on both our AC systems. Replaced filters on both units. Scott is very prompt and courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Very pleased with the work.
