I’d been receiving these flyers from this company for some time and read their good reviews but never called. Received another flyer and decided to call for their tuneup and rejuvenation treatment but also because there was a weird noise coming from the unit upon startup. Michael was on time and very professional. He explained what was going on with the system and showed us on his amp equipment how the system was laboring upon startup and at what number it should be. He gave us different options for the repair but also gave us the option of having a maintenance contact with the company that was very reasonable as well since our homes are our long term investment it was a no brainer to sign up.

Trevor came out because my downstairs unit was not cooling. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explain common problems with these old (20+ years) systems. I opted to go ahead and replace the entire system and I have no doubt that they will do a fantastic job!

We called in the morning and Morrow was at our home that same afternoon. We were seeking a second opinion for a problem we had been experiencing with one of our A/C units. Robert was able to find the problem quickly, explain the issue clearly, and fix it that same day. We were very impressed with the quality of service, especially for the price!

My appointment was today and my technician, Mike, was awesome! He was on time, patient, thorough and answered all my questions. His completeness and attention to detail led me to signing up for their annual service plan. My results with Morrow thus far have been truly outstanding!

Sam was a huge help in getting my ac system replaced! He came out on a Saturday when the ac system was struggling to keep the house cool and a new system was installed on Tuesday. Sam was very knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of! The install guys on Tuesday worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Morrow!

So we recently had an issue with our upstairs not cooling, so we called Morrow and they arrived, did a thorough inspection of the system and told us what the problem was. We signed on for a maintenance plan with them, which brings us to today. We noticed water leaking from the AC vent in our room and gave them a call. Joshua showed up in about 30 minutes and quickly found what the problem was. It was actually a small roof leak, that was right on top of the AC duct: not an HVAC issue. What did he do? Went to his truck and got some plastic to put down, asked if we had a fan he could use, which he positioned to dry the ceiling where it had gotten wet. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We are team Morrow!

Trevor was fantastic! He arrived promptly and was efficient. He explained every thing he found and asked if we had any questions. I look forward to using him again.

I have always requested tech mike because he has respect for you and your home and his very professional. The team that install my system also did a great job and was very professional. I can not ask for a better service then these guys provided. You can call company at anytime and you will receive and return call back quickly if call not answered at the time of call.
